The maximum capacity of these units is two adults and one or two children, if both children are younger. The beach that is located less than 50m in front of the accommodation is small, pebbled and with stones at the entrance to the water, so it is not really recommended for swimming, considering that the long, sandy and beautiful main beach of Nikitia is only 500m or a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. There is a corner sofa in the living room with the kitchen. New studies no. 9, 10 and 11 are equipped in the same way. They each have one French sofa and one sofa bed. Study no. 9 and 10 are located on the ground floor, and studio no. 11 on the first floor. Meticulously maintained and neat accommodation units are equipped with modern and high-quality furniture, and are decorated with contemporary design. Amenities include a large and beautifully landscaped yard full of greenery, private parking, an outdoor pool for adults and a pool for children, as well as a children's playground located right next door. The beach, which is located about 100m away, is unkempt, pebbly and stony, and although it can be used, it is not recommended. The main beach in Nikiti, sandy, long and beautiful, is 1 km away. There, at about a kilometer, the beach and promenade begin, and the city center with a variety of facilities such as traditional taverns, fast food restaurants, pizzerias, bars, cafes, pancake houses, pastry shops, souvenir shops, facilities for children, a bakery and a well-equipped supermarket. We offer two-bed studios on the first floor, four-bed apartments on the ground floor, and two-bedroom apartments in the basement. Double studios have one French or two single beds. Before exiting the promenade and the beach, turn right into the alley parallel to the beach and continue straight along Aegialou Street (you'll know you're on the right track as soon as you see the Marina Hotel on the right, and just keep going) until you see the small chapel of St. Barbara. About 130m straight from it, you will see a sign with the sign for Angelo Studios, continue straight for another 100m, then turn right and 150m later you will arrive in front of the accommodation. From all rooms you can go out onto spacious and beautiful terraces, equipped with a wooden table and chairs. On the terraces, guests can dine and enjoy peace and greenery, with a partial view of the sea. The apartments have mosquito nets, TV, WiFi internet, air conditioning and hair dryer. If necessary, the accommodation owners meet the guests and do laundry at no additional charge. Cleaning of the apartment and replacement of bed linen and towels is for five days.
