They are decently and simply equipped, with well-preserved furniture, since the building is not up to date. The studios have 4 single beds and a kitchen in the same room. They are very comfortable. The terrace is long and medium wide. There are two apartments in the building, consisting of one bedroom with two single beds and a separate living room with a kitchen door with a sofa, under which there is a drawer bed (with almost standard mattress) In the villa there is a duplex apartment with two, completely separate bedrooms and a kitchen. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two single beds. The area of four-bed studios is about 30 square meters, and apartments about 40. Our description Littore Maris is a new facility (2016) in Paralia Vrasna, only 150m from the sandy beach. It has 15 units, suitable for 3-5 people. The facilities offered by the accommodation are private parking for all guests, a beautifully landscaped yard with barbecue and summer houses, which makes it ideal for socializing and relaxing, and guests have at their disposal several bicycles. The center of Nea Vrasna is about 500m away, while the center of Paralia Vrasna is about 1km. The nearest market and restaurant are at a distance of 400m. Accommodation has 14 studios and one apartment, arranged in two buildings. The studios have a capacity for 3-4 people, while the apartment can accommodate 4-5 people. In the first building (on the right) there are four studios and one apartment. The units are arranged on the first floor and on the ground floor. Our description Philoxenia Spa Hotel is located in the center of Pefkohori, about 80m from the beach. The complex consists of two buildings connected by a common yard with a swimming pool. On the ground floor and on the first floor there are simply decorated rooms of the Family Suite type (35m2). They consist of one bedroom and one living room. In the same complex there are luxury suites, very comfortable and very nice and modern. They do not have a terrace, but along almost the entire walls they have windows overlooking the sea. All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a minibar, safe, mosquito nets and hair dryer, most have sea views, and in addition to their terraces or verandas, they also have large shared verandas. A baby cot is available on request when booking. Internet is only available in the common area (hotel lobby, courtyard and pool area). Towels and linen are changed every three days, and cleaning is done every day except Sunday. The hotel is adapted for disabled guests and the rooms can be reached without using the stairs, and there is an elevator.
