This facility has a total of 14 apartments, seven on the ground floor and seven on the first floor. Two apartments have been completely renovated and the bathrooms have showers. Other bathrooms have bathtubs with curtains. The ground floor apartments have a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the kitchen room. They do not have fenced terraces, but go directly to the yard. They are suitable for couples or parents with two smaller children. Upstairs apartments have one bedroom with a double bed, and above the kitchen there is a gallery with another double bed. They have a spacious terrace with seating and side sea views. Duplex apartments consist of three rooms - two bedrooms and a living room and the area is 60m2. In the living room there is a fairly large kitchen that is well equipped (oven, large refrigerator with freezer), dining table, sofa or sofa bed for two children. One bedroom has two single beds and the possibility of inserting another extra and the other has one double bed.
