Known as the “Blue Guesthouse” for its colours, our B&B is located in a young though definitely safe area of the city, very close to the University Politecnico of Milan (citta' studi). 100 metres away from Lambrate underground station( M2 - green line) , the B&B enjoys a strategic position for visiting the city centre, easily accessible in a few minutes. Besides being an underground station, Lambrate is also an important railway station, not mentioning the wide range of surface transport stopping in the whereabouts. You can easily reach it both from the Central Railway Station by underground ( 4 stops), and from the airports of Linate, Orio al Serio and Malpensa, by shuttle or by bus stopping in front of the station. With its Lambro Park and Idroscalo, this is a green area, rich in bars, pubs and beer-houses: the famous ancient Birrificio di Lambrate (Lambrate Brewery) is very close, so you can taste our local handicraft beer! The B&B is on the first floor of a block of flats with lift and doorman. The atmosphere is friendly and easy-going. The triple rooms (occasionally double or single) are provided with TV, DVD player, air conditioner, heating, towels, hairdryer, alarm clock. A mini-bar and a kitchen are also available. A deposit for the room’s key is required, so you will be free to go out and return at any hour. Villa Cardeto is a magnificent Tuscan Villa on top of a hill near Anghiari in the Province of Arezzo. The spacious area offers you many different possibilities to retire from the world or to simply enjoy the gorgeous view into the Tiber-valley! The Villa consists of 6 rooms (4 rooms with full-size beds and 2 rooms with two individual beds) and 5 bathrooms (shower/lavatory). The comfortable rooms offer an amazing view into nature. There is a dining-hall with a covered terrace and a Tuscan-style fireplace-room. You may enjoy a cosy evening in cooler seasons there. The Villa features many antiques and original terracotta floors. Furthermore, there are a garden house (2 rooms and two bathrooms) as well as a frame house (2 rooms, bathroom and small kitchen) for individual lodging available. Villa Cardeto is especially suited for seminars and advanced training. Naturally, we lease apartments or rooms to smaller groups, individual travellers or families.

La Pergola holiday homes are located in the Tuscan countryside, about 380 metres above sea level, within a peaceful area, on a gently sloping hillside, which offers a splendid panorama of the surrounding woods. " Casole d’Elsa, a small medieval village of Etruscan origin, is located 3 kilometres away; it is a member of the Orange Flags association, a standard for eco-environmental quality of the Italian Touring Club. All the major sites of cultural interest in Tuscany are easily reachable: San Gimignano, Volterra, the Chianti Hills, Siena, Florence and Pisa. The buildings are old farmhouses, which have been entirely restored and furnished in a simple, but very comfortable way.
