Anastasia House 3 is an accommodation in the center of Stavros, about 150m from the beach. It is a family duplex apartment (80m2), suitable for 1-2 families. Tourist facilities are only a few steps away, and the nearest market and bakery are only 20m away.
At the entrance to the apartment is a separate bathroom with tub and equipped kitchen with a spacious dining room, large refrigerator and stove. One sofa bed is located in the hallway from where you enter two separate bedrooms with one double bed narrower than the standard and two single beds, or one double and two single beds. Each bedroom has access to a terrace overlooking the street. The apartment is air conditioned, has internet access, TV and hairdryer. It is equipped with wooden furniture, has a balcony with seating in front of the front door, and a portable barbecue is available to guests (on request).
Guests clean and maintain their own hygiene in their accommodation units. If someone needs towels, they can contact the owners. Bed linen is changed halfway through the stay (only if guests wish).
Private parking is not provided, so guests can leave their vehicle nearby.
Coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, turn right before the Smile market, into the street between the children's playroom with pastry shop and the bakery next to which there is a mini-market.
Anastasia House 3 is a comfortable but modest accommodation, so it is recommended to less demanding guests, whose priority is the proximity to the center and the beach.

Stavros belongs to the municipality of Redina and was built in a semicircle along the coast of Strimonikos Bay, and is located on the road to the Holy Mountain.
Accommodation in Stavros allows you to enjoy the clear sea awarded the Blue Flag every year.
Accommodation consists of apartments for 1-2 families (up to eight people) with equipped kitchen, bathroom, TV, air conditioning, WiFi internet, hairdryer and terrace. Barbecue is available on request. It is located in the center of Stavros, five minutes from the beach. You will find a parking space nearby.
Before the guests enter, the owners perform a complete cleaning. After that, the guests take care of the maintenance themselves. Bed linen is changed every five days (for stays of 10 nights). Towels are not provided.
