Accommodation is located at the entrance to Polychrono, on the left side from the direction of Thessaloniki (out of town). It is 700-800 m away from the center of Polychron, and 50 m from the beach. The building contains 9 + 1 accommodation units, ie. maisonette. Of these, four penthouses are 75m2, five penthouses 55m2 and one separate apartment has an area of about 50m2 (traditional house). 6 bed maisonette, size 75m2, consist of upper and lower part. The smallest apartment (50m2) is furnished in a traditional style and contains one double bed, one single bed and a sofa. It is newer than the others - it was built in 2017. The capacity of this apartment is up to five people. All apartments have a kitchen, air conditioning, TV, shower with curtain, mosquito nets and internet (free). At the request of guests, the owner offers a hair dryer, iron and baby cot, parasols and deck chairs. (All services are free). The yard is extremely landscaped with natural shade and has two exits, one to the main road and the other to the side road.
