Our apartments are located at the southeastern end of Sutomore beach in the most beautiful part of Sutomore.
Apartments with three to five beds are west-facing with large terraces overlooking the sea.
Apartments with two to three beds, bathroom and kitchenette, face east, one has a large terrace, and the other a French balcony with a beautiful view.
A smaller and larger apartment, on the same floor, can be used as a single space, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room.
All apartments are air-conditioned and have internet connection. We have a large terrace, 40m2, suitable for children to play and for preparing barbecue. We also have a covered parking space.
The beach, shops and restaurants are about 70m from our house.

The apartments are located in a peaceful and quiet part of Sutomore.
The apartment is ready no later than 11 a.m. on the first day,
and it is necessary to leave the apartment by 9 a.m. on the last day of stay.
Late check out: after 9 a.m. and no later than 4 p.m. is 40% of the daily price, i.e. 60% after 4 p.m. and no later than 9 p.m.
When it comes to booking an apartment, it needs to be confirmed
with an advance payment of 25% of the total amount, by payment to our dinar or foreign currency account or through Western Union or by personal collection (in Belgrade) with a confirmation of the advance payment
The amount of 75% as well as the amount of the residence tax will be paid on the day of arrival at the same time when you will give us your documents so that we can register you and pay the residence tax.
The residence tax is 1.00eu per person per day for adults and 0.50eu for children from 12 to 18 years old.
