Our description Papaoikonomou Villa is located on the beach in the heart of Potos, in one of the best possible locations away from traffic and crowds. Coming from the direction of Limenaria, immediately after the Alexandra Beach Hotel, turn left and drive about 100 meters. You will recognize the villa by the large pink building next to the road and the clothing store on the ground floor. Next to the pink building is a path through the yard that leads to the villa and the beach. The villa is absolutely sheltered from noise, and yet less than a minute walk from the promenade, shops, bakeries and supermarkets. It has a fantastic yard full of greenery and shade, swings, comfortable seating and kiosks, and there is also a barbecue with tables for socializing and dining. The yard opens onto a small beach that is sandy on the shore, and the first few meters in the water are rocks. Accommodation consists of three buildings, two of which are on the beach, and the third is in the same yard, but about 50 meters from the beach. The third building is a very nice house on two levels (maisonette), suitable for a family of four. The house has one double bed on the ground floor, bathroom and kitchen, and upstairs another room with two single beds. In front of the house is a very spacious veranda with furniture for sitting, relaxing and enjoying, and next to the house is a parking space. If you want a more intimate variant of accommodation near the beach, there may be no better choice than this house in Potos. The other two buildings are located next to the beach. All apartments are renovated and very nicely decorated, and all have sea views. The sea from some terraces is partially sheltered by trees in the yard, but the view is certainly beautiful and the greenery and the sea, and the smell of conifers and the sea is invaluable. The apartments are very well lit, the furniture is in light tones, so with a view of the sea, staying in them is really pleasant. They are intended for families with two or three children. They have spacious terraces, an equipped kitchen, a TV, a double bed, a pull-out bed the size of a double bed and air conditioning. The bedroom is separated by a door from the living room where there is a kitchen with dining area. As part of the accommodation there is also a double room without kitchen (there is only a refrigerator) and a triple studio (with kitchen). Towels are cleaned and changed every other day, while bed linen is changed every four days. The yard is very nice and pleasant. It has a direct view of the sea, lots of shade, tables with chairs, swings and above all, complete peace. You can grill here, because there is a part with a built-in grill and tables and chairs. Villa Papaoikonomou is truly one of the few accommodations with a large parking lot and a courtyard in the city center and on the beach. If you do not like the beach in front of the villa, the city's sandy beach is only two minutes walk away. From the courtyard of the villa, along the path you come to a promenade full of various shops, souvenir shops, taverns ...

Our house is quietly located in an olive orchard and is the ideal location to enjoy a relaxing stay at the sea. It's only 500 m to the beach and 4 km to the next village. The adorably furnished heatable studios consist of one room with fully equipped kitchenette, shower/wc, balcony with view to the sea and Mt. Ahtos. There is also a complete apartment (65 sqm) consisting of a living room with TV and piano, 2 beds, separate bedroom with big bed, kitchen, shower/wc, veranda to the garden. During the off season period a perfect place to write a book, compose music, paint, meditate, hike and relax. There is no direct neighbourhood. Tavernas and shops are found in the surrounding villages. To Thessaloniki it's a 100 km ride. It's advisable to have a car, as public transportation is scarce. We have also organized several seminars and workshops, yoga, painting, self-awareness, african drums, etc. - we are open for many ideas. Our description Accommodation Jordanis Houses is located right across the main entrance to the beach Psili Amos, from the direction of Potos, on the left side of the highway, not more than 50m from the beach. Brand new and modern, open for the first time for the 2016 season. On the first floor there is a four-bed duplex apartment (45m2) with a huge veranda and fantastic views. It consists of two bedrooms and a living room with kitchen. The living room is not large and there, in addition to the kitchen, there is one single bed. The first bedroom has a French bed and the second has two single beds. In addition to the large terrace which leads to the living room, in front of the entrance to the apartment there is also a seating area with table and chairs. Triple studio (23m2) is located on the ground floor and has one double bed and a sofa bed. It is ideal for two adults and one child. In front of the studio there is a space with seating. The triple bungalow (25m2) is the last in a series of buildings in the Jordanis Houses complex. It is a small house located behind the main building, and from the terrace you can see the sea. It has one double bed and a folding armchair. In front of the entrance there is a space with seating. All accommodation units have a kitchen, bathroom with shower, terrace, TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets and free internet access. Cleaning, as well as change of bed linen and towels is done every five days. The yard is nicely decorated, with sea views, spacious terraces and barbecue available to guests. There is also a private parking lot within the yard. It is about 5 km away from Potos. It takes about five minutes to drive to the center where there are shops, restaurants, souvenir shops and a promenade full of tourists. For smaller purchases you can go to the market which is only 50m away, right next to the Batis restaurant, while the first larger market is about 800m away in Astris. Apartments Apolon are located in Igalo on Petlja, 400 meters from the sea and offer you the chance to enjoy your vacation in style. We offer apartments and rooms. The apartments have four beds, and the rooms have two and three beds with private bathrooms, air conditioning, television, refrigerator, Wi-Fi. The apartments have their own kitchens, and the users of the rooms have the option of using the tavern-kitchen and barbecue, which are located in the courtyard. Our description Hotel Potos is a complex of accommodation facilities in the very center of Potos. Coming from the direction of Limenaria, after the Alexander Beach Hotel (on the main road), turn half right into the first street that leads obliquely to the sea. You will see the gate of the Potos Hotel a hundred meters from the turn. The Pihtari restaurant is written on the board next to the gate. Hotel Potos consists of four separate buildings. The first building on the right consists of four studios with a kitchen, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor. All studios have one double bed and the possibility of inserting one or two extra beds with a standard mattress. The base of the extra beds is metal, but the height of the bed and the quality are the same as with a classic hotel bed. The studios on the ground floor go directly to the children's playground with toys, and are suitable for families with children and people in wheelchairs (studios do not have steps and the bathrooms are adapted for people with disabilities). Two studios upstairs share a terrace, but each has a seating area and its own part. This terrace overlooks the sea. This facility is the smallest of all in the complex and is slightly relocated in relation to the pool, so it offers the most peace and the best conditions for families with children. The studios are medium in size (about 20m2) as double beds, and with the insertion of extra beds it is significantly lost in space. The furniture is new, the first floor was renovated in 2011 and the ground floor in 2009. The second building is central and at the same time the largest. It has a total of 12 rooms, two suites and two duplex apartments located on the first and second floor. It is a building that was completely renovated in November 2011. All rooms (about 15m2) are equipped with luxurious, quality and modern furniture in gentle tones, which varies in color from room to room. The bathrooms are modern and with a shower. The rooms have one double or two single beds, as well as the possibility of inserting one extra bed with a standard mattress that suits an adult. There is a refrigerator in every room. Some rooms have a direct view of the sea, rooms with corner terraces overlook both the pool and the sea, while others overlook the resort and other facilities. There is also an elevator in this building. Suite apartments (about 20m2) are without kitchen as well as all rooms in this building. They consist of a bedroom with a double bed or two single beds and a living room with a sofa for two people. The living room has air conditioning and a TV. The second type of apartment is a duplex and consists of two separate bedrooms. Both rooms have access to the terrace, and the bathroom is in the hallway that connects the two rooms. The apartments have one TV and one air conditioner. In the first bedroom there is one double bed, while in the second there are two single beds. The third building is located next to the pool. The terraces of all rooms in this building face directly the sea, the yard and the pool. Ten rooms are arranged on the high ground floor and the first floor, and all were renovated in 2009. Two rooms have three single beds or one double and one single bed, as well as the possibility of inserting an extra bed (with a standard mattress for the fourth person). Two rooms have one double and one single bed, as well as the possibility of inserting two or three extra beds with a standard mattress. Other rooms are double with extra bed for a third person. The furniture in these rooms is of good quality and new. The last building is a very interesting villa, as the owners call it. One apartment is located a few steps below the level of the yard (in the basement) and also consists of a bedroom and a living room.
