They are big enough (120m) each. They are made by stones, they are traditional and luxury. They are fool equipped with traditional furniture and embroidery which creates a village atmosphere . . It is very near the sea, (150-200m) from the three different beaches, (Sent Nikolas beach, Plaka beach, Banana beach). The beaches are fool of sand ,there are water sports beach bars and restaurants on the beach!! Very near the house (100-150m) there are mini markets, taverns, and a fantastic swimming pool (free entry) . There is play ground and BBQ, free parking and wifi ! The house is located in the famous marine park where caretta-caretta turtles lay their eggs. You can visit the park end see the turtles and the nests!! It is ideal for families ! Our description If you have decided to spend your vacation in a quiet place and more modest accommodation, then Magda Rooms is a great choice for you and your family. It is located in a large, grassy, fenced yard and one of the more affordable accommodations is ideal for undemanding guests. Magda Rooms is a ground floor house in Sikia, 200m from the beach. The beach is long and wide, it is suitable for children, because the sand is fine, the sea is shallow and clean, and there is mostly no crowds. Every morning, a van with bakery products passes by the house, a supermarket is about 500m away, and a pizzeria and restaurant are close by. We offer four studios with one French (smaller dimensions) and a single bed, with the possibility of inserting an extra bed. Each studio has a bathroom, kitchen, internet, TV, mosquito nets and air conditioning, and if necessary, it is possible to add a cot (on request). The studios are very neat and the owners are very kind and unobtrusive. The furniture is not new, but it is well maintained, and the studios are small, clean and nicely furnished. Bed linen and towels are changed every four days, and guests take care of the hygiene of the studio during their stay. The house was built on a plot of 2500 square meters, under lawn, trees and fruits. Paradise yard is the first thing that leaves an impression, and guests have at their disposal a brick barbecue with seating, as well as private parking in the shade. Accommodation is very easy to reach. Coming from the direction of Sarti towards Sykia, you will see a turn to the left marked by three beaches: Ai Ioannis, Griavas and Valti. This turn is the first turn to the left after the turn for Camp Valti. When you turn into that street, go straight and after 700m you will see accommodation on the right. Magda Rooms is a convenient choice for families who want to spend their vacation in peace, close to the sea. The large, flat yard with a neat lawn and lots of shade is perfect for children to play and run. It is an excellent base for visiting the surrounding places and beautiful beaches in Sithonia. Owner's description Magda Studios is a complex located near the beach of St. John, 100 meters from the sea. The house has four studios built in a row in a large fenced area with trees and shade. We are located right next to the Morpho house. Our studios have kitchens equipped with all necessary utensils, TV, hot water and terraces with tables for each studio separately. Bed linen and towels are provided. Free 24-hour internet is also available to guests.

Nissos Rooms is a newer accommodation (opened in 2015), located on the island of Amouliani. Accommodation units can accommodate up to three people, are nicely decorated, comfortable and exude cleanliness. The facility is located in a quiet environment, but close to the center, so evening facilities are easily accessible. The beach and the center are about 300m away, the nearest market is 100m away, the bakery is 50m away and the nearest restaurant is less than 100m away. We offer nine rooms, four double (15-17m2) and five triple (20m2), and several rooms have side sea views. Rooms are air conditioned, have internet access (own router), TV, terrace with hairdryer, mosquito nets, small refrigerator, electric kettle (bringing other cooking appliances is strictly prohibited!), Safety deposit box and hair dryer. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. A baby cot is available on request. Bed linen and towels are changed every two days, while cleaning is daily. A reception and a lift are at guests ’disposal. Private parking is not available, so guests park their vehicles nearby. Nissos Rooms is a great choice for couples and small families who prefer new accommodation close to the center and the large number of facilities that this charming island offers.
