Our description Stamatia Apartments is located on the main street of Asprovalta. It offers nine double studios (some with a capacity of 2 + 1) and four duplex apartments with a capacity of up to five people. Its biggest advantages are a good location, as it is located in the center, only 120m from the beach, as well as private parking. The nearest market Arista and bakery are at a distance of about 20m. The studios have an area of 22m2 and there are three types, economy, standard and superior, while the duplex apartments have 55m2. All units are air conditioned, have TV (apartments have two TVs and two air conditioners), internet access, kitchen with stove with two hobs and refrigerator (economy and some standard studios have a small refrigerator, and other standard studios, superior studios and apartments large refrigerator). The bathrooms have a curtain shower. All units also have a terrace, except for economy studios, whose guests can use the large shared terrace. Our description Roula House is located in the central town square of Neos Marmaras, above the foreign language school. Accommodation is located about 150 m from the city beach, and about 30 meters from the sea. The building was built in 1975, and the last renovation was done in 2016, so the accommodation is in very good condition. This facility has apartments for four to five people and studios for two to three people. The studios have two or three single beds (can be connected to a double), TV, kitchenette, bathroom and some of them have a private balcony. The studios at the front face the sea and the square, while the studios at the back do not have a view. Our description Iliadis House is located in the center of Sarti, about 80m from the beach. The building was built in 1974, and in 2007 it was completely renovated. There are two five-bed apartments with two bedrooms each. In one bedroom they have a double bed, in the other two single beds connected and another single bed. Double studios have either two single beds or one double bed, triple studios have one double bed and one single bed. Our description Rudi Studios is located in the center of Sarti, only 10m from the beach. The nearest shop is at a distance of about 20m. The studios were completely renovated in 2012. The building consists of three four-bed studios and three four-bed apartments. Two apartments and two studios are located on the low ground floor. One apartment is on the first floor, and one studio is on the second floor. Apartments and studios are between 35m2 and 40m2. The apartments have a double bed in the bedroom, in the room where the kitchen is there are two sofa beds. The studios have a double bed and two sofa beds in the same room. Our description Alexis Villas are located in Skala Panagia, better known as Golden Beach, on a hill to the left of the driveway. In the very center of the town, on the left, you will see the Makedonia supermarket along the incoming road, and then a few tens of meters after it you will turn left into the street and after some fifty meters you will see the Alexis villas. You will easily recognize them, because they are authentic, built of brown stone with wooden terraces, doors, windows and blinds, tucked away in greenery. They are about 150 meters away from the sandy beach. The street leading from the incoming road to them is wide enough and has a slight slope, so it can be said that they are easily accessible by car and on foot, which can be seen in the attached photos. It is a complex of 3 one-storey villas, with a yard with a barbecue and parking on a dirt extension in front. In the first villa there are 3 apartments, in the second also 3, and in the third one apartment. The apartments are identical, with a separate entrance from the yard, on two levels. You will reach it by turning off the highway to Posidi, driving towards the place, passing by the pharmacy, and then you will come across the Arista supermarket and immediately after the supermarket, turn right onto the first street. Drive on the asphalt road, and then when you come to a crossroads, continue on the dirt road that leads you directly to this beautiful complex. Driving on a dirt road is definitely worth it, because at the end of the road you will find great accommodation in a fantastic place.
