Our description Dimostenis apartments are located in the second row to the sea, about 70 meters from the beach, in the city center. It is a large building with a total of 4 apartments for rent on the first or second floor. Two apartments are duplex, while the other two are family. Duplex apartments consist of three rooms - two bedrooms and a living room and the area is 60m2. In the living room there is a fairly large kitchen that is well equipped (oven, large refrigerator with freezer), dining table, sofa or sofa bed for two children. One bedroom has two single beds and the possibility of inserting another extra and the other has one double bed. An extra bed can be added to the living room, so the apartment can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Duplex apartments have a terrace overlooking the sea.
