Tucked away among vineyards and surrounded by greenery, in a quiet location, near the village of Sikija, is the house of Ktim Mimoza. It is an ideal choice for anyone who wants to be alone and enjoy being surrounded by nature. The center of the village with taverns, cafes, pharmacy, shop and bakery is about 2 km away. The nearest beach is Sikija beach and it is about 3.5 km away. We offer a total of two four-bed apartments, one five-bed and one six-bed with two bedrooms. All are located on the ground floor. Four-bed apartments (35m2) have a French bed in the bedroom, and in the room with the kitchen a sofa with a pull-out bed. The five-bed apartment (45m2) has a double bed in both bedrooms and a sofa in the room with the kitchen. The six-bed apartment (m2) has one double bed in both bedrooms and two single beds in the room with the kitchen. All apartments have air conditioning, TV, internet, hair dryer, mosquito nets, kitchen, bathroom and two unfenced terraces. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner stove or a two-burner glass-ceramic plate, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment or a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom has a shower that is partitioned off by glass on one side. The terraces face the courtyard and have a table and chairs. Cleaning, as well as changing towels and bed linen, is done every five days. In the spacious courtyard with natural shade, there are toys for children, seating, barbecue and private parking. Accommodation is easy to get to. After turning off the main road towards the village of Sikija, when you pass the gas station, turn into the second street on the left and continue straight until you see the accommodation on the right. If you want to spend your vacation in a quiet place, close to Siquia beach, Amo El Mar accommodation may be a good choice for you. The long and wide beach of Sikija is about 750m away, while the nearest bakery and supermarket are 350m from the accommodation, on the highway. There are two two-bed, three three-bed, three four-bed studios and one six-bed studio. Double studios have a double bed, they are located on the first and second floor. Three-bed studios have one double bed and one single bed each, they are located in the basement and on the first floor. Four-bed studios with one French bed and bunk beds are located on the second and first floors, and six-bed studios with one French bed and bunk beds are located in the basement. It should be noted that it is not a classic basement, since it is a cascade construction, i.e. the house is built on a slight slope, so when viewed from one side, it appears that the house has a ground floor and a first floor, and when viewed from the other side, it has a ground floor, first and second floor. Entrance to the basement studios is from street level, but those studios have no internal windows, only balcony doors. All studios in the kitchens have an induction hob, also all studios have a small fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and necessary dishes. All studio bathrooms have tile without an enclosed shower tub with a curtain. All accommodation units have a terrace with a table, chairs and a clothes dryer, they are air-conditioned, have a TV, mosquito nets, a hair dryer, and the owners can provide a baby cot if necessary. In the beautifully decorated yard, guests have a summer house with a table and chairs, a barbecue, a shower, and the owners have provided toys for the youngest. Private parking is available, but not for all vehicles, however, guests can park in the surrounding streets. Change of towels and bed linen, as well as cleaning are done on 3 nights. Accommodation will be easy to find, as it is located on the turnoff from the main road to Sikija beach. Amo El Mar can be an excellent choice for guests who want to spend their vacation in this nice place not far from the beach.

They have one double bed and a sofa for two people. All studios have air conditioning, TV, mosquito nets on the windows, a kitchen equipped with hotplates and a large fridge-freezer, as well as a bathroom with an enclosed shower area. A baby cot is available on request, and pets are allowed by prior arrangement. In front of the studio there is a spacious yard with a summer house with a barbecue and seating, as well as a private parking lot with enough space for all guests.

As it is only one apartment, it is ideal for all those who are looking for privacy. Located in the very center of the village, shops, restaurants and cafes are about 50m from the accommodation, and the pharmacy is about 110m away. Every Saturday there is also a market where you can buy local products. Sikija beach is 4.5 km away. There is only one apartment on the first floor. It consists of two bedrooms, living room with kitchen, bathroom and terrace. In one bedroom there is a double bed, and in the other a single bed with a drawer, the size of a single bed, while in the living room there is a pull-out sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a stove and a large refrigerator with a freezer. The bathroom has an enclosed shower area and a hair dryer. The terrace has a table and chairs and overlooks the street. The apartment is air-conditioned, has TV, internet and mosquito nets. Guests are responsible for the hygiene of the apartment during their stay, and a clean set of bed linen and towels are available after four days. There is no private parking, but guests can park in front of the accommodation. When you enter the village of Sikija, continue straight until you reach the first intersection (there is a small park in the middle), then turn into the street to the left, as if you were making a U-turn, and after 60m you will see the accommodation on the left. Itamos Studios is a modest accommodation located in Sikia, in a quiet location. Tucked away in a beautifully maintained yard full of flowers and greenery, it can be the right choice for guests who want to spend their vacation in a quiet environment away from the crowds. It is 600m from the beach, the nearest supermarket is 1km away, while the nearest tavern is 900m away, on Sikija beach. The accommodation has three units on the upper ground floor, i.e. one double and two four-bed studios. The two-bed studio has one double bed, and the four-bed studio has one double bed and a sofa for two people. The kitchens in all studios are equipped the same, they have a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove with two hotplates and the necessary dishes. The bathrooms in the two-bed and one four-bed studio have a tiled shower without a curtain, and the other four-bed studio has a glass partition on the shower. All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, mosquito nets, internet and hair dryer. The use of a washing machine is also available to guests for a fee. Pets are allowed in the accommodation with prior agreement with the owners. All studios have verandas with a table and chairs and a view of the courtyard. Towels and bed linen are changed every 4 nights, while guests take care of the hygiene of the accommodation units themselves. The yard, as we mentioned, is very nicely decorated, with plenty of greenery and natural shade. The accommodation does not have private parking, but guests can park on the street in front of the property. Itamos Studios accommodation is easy to find. After you turn off the main road towards Sikija beach, you will drive to it, and after that you will turn left and drive along the street along the beach and turn into the first street on the left, and after 500m you will see this facility on your right. Itamos Studios can be a good choice for undemanding guests who value peace and quiet when choosing a vacation spot.

An excellent choice for all lovers of dynamic vacations who plan to visit several places and famous beaches in Sithonia. The nearest sandy beach of the same name, Sikija, is 1.5 km away. There are a total of eight modernly equipped two-bed or four-bed accommodation units on offer. Two double studios with kitchen and bathroom, have a double bed (25m2) and are located on the first or second floor (2 Bed Studio). They can host two people. Six four-bed apartments with living room and kitchen, bathroom and separate bedroom have a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room and one double bed in the bedroom (4 Bed Apartment). They can host up to 4 people. The apartments are of different square footage and floors, therefore there are three different types of apartments. One four-bed apartment (30m2) located on the ground floor (4 Bed Apartment, Ground Floor, Deluxe), three four-bed apartments (35m2) located on the first or second floor (4 Bed Apartment, Superior), two four-bed apartments (40m2) located on the first or second floor (4 Bed Apartment, Deluxe). The yard is beautifully landscaped with a large maintained grass area and natural shade. Excellent accommodation hygiene. Cleaning is done every day, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

The accommodation is located on a family estate with two buildings, Maria's House and Maria's House 2, in a spacious, fenced yard with lots of greenery and natural shade from vines, in Sikia at a distance of 300m from the sandy beach of the same name. This beach is famous for the turquoise color of the water and is a favorite among campers. If you go south of it, you will discover a series of smaller, beautifully decorated beaches that are definitely worth visiting. It can be an excellent choice for families with children. This independent house is actually an apartment with two bedrooms, a kitchen, a small dining area and a bathroom, intended for a maximum of six adults. The bedrooms are equipped with one double bed narrower than standard, as well as one bed for one person, which allows a practical arrangement and accommodation for several guests. It is 750m from Linaraki beach, 600m from Siki beach, 1.2 km from Pigadaki beach, while the bakery is 500m away. The accommodation has 6 maisonettes located on the ground floor. They are equipped with two double or double and two single beds, arranged on two levels. They are suitable for four people, and some maisonettes are also adapted for people with disabilities. Taking the highway from the direction of Sarti to Sikia, after the big intersection that leads to the village of Sikia, continue straight towards Pigadaki and Linaraki beaches, on the right you will see the Hatzis bakery, after which you will turn into the second street on the left (after about 350 m), continue straight ahead and after 180 m you will see Achilleas Apartments located on the right. Tucked away in a spacious courtyard, in an extremely quiet location, Achilleas Apartments can be an excellent choice for families with small children, as well as for all those who want a quiet vacation.

You can also spend time on the terrace overlooking the mountain.
