The complex has four studios for 3-4 people, seven apartments for four, two apartments for five and four apartments for six people. Smeštaj je od najbližeg marketa udaljen 600m, a od centra mesta oko 2km. Platanos House raspolaže sa 20 smeštajnih jedinica. Četiri trokrevetne i šest četvorokrevetenih renoviranih soba koje su raspoređene na prvom spratu i prizemlju. Trokrevetne sobe imaju po jedan francuski ležaj i fotelju na rasklapanje, dok četvorokrevetne imaju po jedan francuski ležaj i sofu na razvlačenje. Opis smeštaja Anna Houhlia House je dobro održavan smeštaj u Vurvuruu, na dobroj lokaciji, ušuškan u lepo uređenom dvorištu. Odličan je izbor za više porodica koje bi letovale zajedno, zbog lepo uređenog letnjikovca za druženje, kao i sve one koji žele miran odmor. Smeštaj se nalazi na 70m od mora i na oko 900m od najbližeg marketa i restorana. U prizemlju glavnog objekta se nalazi petokrevetni apartman koji ima spavaću sobu sa dva francuska ležaja, dok je u prostoru sa kuhinjom francuski ležaj uži od standarda. Kuhinja je renovirana i ima mali frižider sa komorom za zamrzavanje. U prizemlju je i trokrevetni studio čija kuhinja nije odvojena vratima, ali je izdvojena u smislu da se na samom ulazu u studio nalaz po jedan singl i francuski ležaj uži od standarda, a u produžetku je kuhinja. Trokrevetni studio sa jednim singl i francuskim ležajem užim od standarda se takođe nalazi u prizemlju. Kod njega je tuš odvojen od toaleta. Na prvom i drugom spratu se nalaze trokrevetni apartmani za najviše tri osobe, sa jednim francuskim ležajem u spavaćoj sobi i jednim singl ležajem u prostoru sa kuhinjom. Ove smeštajne jedinice imaju jako male terase. Svi navedeni apartmani imaju malu kvadraturu. Opis smeštaja Fillis House je luksuzno opremljen smeštaj na dobroj lokaciji u Vurvuruu, ušuškan u lepo uređenom dvorištu punom zelenila. Pored toga što je u naposrednoj blizini mora, još jedna prednost ovog smeštaja je bazen. Odličan je izbor za sve koji žele da uživaju u novom i moderno opremljenom smeštaju na mirnoj lokaciji. Do prvog marketa i taverne smeštaj je udaljen oko 400m. Smeštaj se sastoji se iz dva objekta. U ponudi su jedan apartman u prizemlju (zgrada B), dve deluks suite, jedna na prvom, druga na drugom spratu (obe u zgradi B), dve obične suite, takođe jedna na prvom, druga na drugom spratu (obe u zgradi A), tri porodične suite, dve u prizemlju, jedna na prvom spratu (sve tri u zgradi A), dva superior studija na drugom spratu (zgrada A) i šest običnih studija, četiri na prvom spratu (zgrada A) i dva na drugom spratu (zgrada B), kao i dve samostalne kamene kućice. Trokrevetni apartman u prizemlju ima jedan francuski ležaj i sofu na razvlačenje. Može ugostiti dvoje odraslih i jedno, eventualno dvoje dece. Dvokrevetne deluks suite imaju jedan francuski ležaj, pa mogu ugostiti dvoje odraslih. Četvorokrevetne obične suite imaju jedan francuski i dva singl ležaja. Mogu ugostiti maksimalno troje odraslih ili dvoje odraslih i dvoje dece. Četvorokrevetne porodične suite imaju jedan francuski i dva spojena singl ležaja, raspoređene u dve spavaće sobe. Mogu ugostiti maksimalno četvoro odraslih ili dvoje odraslih i dvoje dece. Dvokrevetni superior studiji imaju jedan francuski ležaj, pa mogu ugostiti dvoje odraslih. Svi studiji imaju mali frižider sa komorom za zamrzavanje, dok apartman, suite i kamene kućice imaju veliki frižider sa zamrzivačem. Porodične i obične suite imaju šporet, mašinu za pranje sudova i veš mašinu, dok sve ostale smeštajne jedinice imaju samo indukcionu ploču. Samo apartman u prizemlju ima još dodatno mikrotalasnu pećnicu. Neke terase imaju tende ili suncobrane, a neke terase u prizemlju su prolazne, tj. deli ih zavesa. Smeštajne jedinice u prizemlju imaju nešto manje dnevne svetlosti zbog položaja i veličine prozora. Čišćenje se obavlja svakodnevno, kao i menjanje peškira, a posteljina se menja na tri dana. Dvorište se odlično održava, travnjak idealan za igru, a tu su i garniture za sedenje i opuštanje, roštilj i bazen pored kojeg se nalaze suncobrani i ležaljke. Tu je i tuš, a obezbeđeno je i parking mesto za sve goste. Skrenite levo u Vurvuru sa glavnog puta odmah posle supermarketa, pa vozite pravo dok ne stignete do kuće koja se nalazi sa desne strane.
