Comfortable and simply furnished accommodation is an excellent choice for a relaxing vacation. The apartment is located on the second floor of the building and can accommodate a maximum of three adults and one child aged eight and over. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the second bedroom there is a bed for one person with a trundle bed. O&A By The Sea Apartments is located in the second row from the beach, in a quiet part of Polykhron, surrounded by a very beautiful and fenced yard, with a landscaped lawn perfect for children to play, but also for socializing, given that there is also a barbecue with a dining table. It has two renovated (2018) duplex apartments, with capacity for 2-4 people. It is located only 70 m from the beach, which is never crowded. The accommodation is open all year round, and small pets are also welcome. The apartments are 1.3 km from the center of Polikhron (as well as the nearest market and bakery) and 3.5 km from Hanioti. The first restaurant is located at a distance of 400 m. The beach is sandy with small pebbles and there is a path leading to it. You will be directed to it by the friendly and unobtrusive owners, who live on the floor above. The apartments are not very comfortable (30 m2), but they are functional and have all the necessary things. Both apartments are raised four steps above and have long, angular terraces. They are air-conditioned, equipped with internet signal, TV, hair dryer, mosquito nets, and guests can use the washing machine, which is located behind the building. The Olinthos apartment at the back, instead of a balcony door, has a window, unlike the apartment on the left. Both units are of the same structure. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has a sofa bed, a single bed and a TV. The bathroom has an enclosed shower with a curtain. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a toaster, a blender and the necessary dishes. It is a four-bed apartment on the ground floor, clean and comfortable, with a view of the sea and surrounded by a lawn perfect for children to play. It is 175m from the beach. One of the benefits is a guaranteed parking space in the yard. The facility is open all year round, and small pets are welcome. Accommodation is located under the main road in Polihron, 1.3 km from the center (as well as the nearest market and bakery). The first restaurant is located at a distance of 400m. The apartment can be reached from two directions - from the highway or on foot, from the road parallel to the beach. You go down the stairs to it, if you are coming from the highway. The apartment (42m2) has air conditioning, internet signal, TV and hair dryer. It has a kitchen with a living room, a bathroom and a bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a toaster, a blender, a kettle and necessary dishes. The bathroom has a shower cabin and a washing machine (use is not charged extra). In the bedroom there is a double bed (the cot cannot fit), while in the living room there are two single beds, which with their backrests look like two couches. There is also the possibility of adding an extra bed. The guests take care of the hygiene of the units themselves, while the bed linen and towels are changed in the middle of the stay. There is a shower and a hose in the large, landscaped yard. If you are planning a quiet, family vacation in Polichron, apartment Stagera is highly recommended.
