Owner's description Sweet Apartment is located on the coast between Perea and Nea Epivates, in the first row to the sea, about ten meters from the sandy beach 8 km long. There is a wide promenade along the entire beach, with many restaurants, taverns and cafes. The apartment (40m2) is on the third floor and suitable for 3-4 people. The owners are Serbs, so the agreement is easier. The apartment has a separate living room with sofa bed (150x200), narrow dining table, sliding wardrobe and satellite TV (Serbian and foreign-subtitled channels). The kitchen is separate and fully equipped, with a large refrigerator with freezer, stove, mini-oven and complete utensils. The bedroom is also separate, has two sofa beds (150x200), bedside table, chest of drawers with large mirror and access to a narrow terrace (no sea view). All carpentry is sliding, with blinds and mosquito nets. The bathroom has a small bathtub and natural ventilation. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and Norwegian radiators, and guests have at their disposal a washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Internet access is not enabled. Hygiene during the stay is left to the guests, and towels and spare linen are available. Private parking does not exist, but there are plenty of parking spaces around the building. Perea, Nea Epivates and Agia Triada are connected by a promenade, from which you can reach Thessaloniki by taxi or public transport. There are many shops, bakeries, pastry shops and supermarkets in Perea, as well as the great Lidl. The airport is about 7 km away, so this place is attractive to tourists who come by plane. Magic Park, Ikea, Jumbo, MegaOutlet, Cosmos Shopping Mall and Waterland Thessaloniki are only ten kilometers away.
