In front of the main building there is a playground for children, a bar, tables and chairs and table tennis tables under a canopy. The building where the rooms are located was built in 1990, and the one where the apartments are in 1995. The owners invest in accommodation every year. The hotel has 13 double rooms and ten suites. The apartments consist of a living room with two single beds, a hallway with built-in wardrobes, a bathroom, a bedroom with a French bed and a balcony with a view of the pine forest at the back of the hotel. In front of the front door there is also a terrace overlooking the pool, an unfenced sitting area that guests of the apartment can use. The rooms have two single beds.
