It is about 200m away from the beach and it leads you downhill (uphill in return :)) as well as to most of the accommodation in Kallithea. The accommodation has 23 studios, 8 of which have sea views. As soon as you step into the accommodation, you come across a very pleasant ambience in the lobby and friendly owners. The accommodation is very neat and clean. Of the studios, there are double and triple and only two quadruple, one with a double bed and a bunk bed, and the other with a double and two singles. The double beds have a double bed, and the triple bed has a double bed and a single bed. There is no possibility of inserting extra beds.
