On the ground floor of the building is the restaurant Chez Chris, where guests can order grilled dishes, pasta and pizza. The nearest bakery is about 100 meters away, and the supermarket is about 200 meters away. Chris Apartments has a total of ten accommodation units - four two-bed, four three-bed and two duplex apartments. All rental units are located on the third floor of the building. Okolina parka je i centar dešavanja Metamorfosija, tu su dečija igrališta, nekoliko turističkih radnji, taverni, picerija, kafića i restorana brze hrane. Najbliži supermarket, poslastičarnica i pekara su na oko 200-250m. U ponudi je 10 vrlo slično opremljenih smeštajnih jedinica koji mogu da ugoste tri-četiri osobe. Apartmani i studiji nisu veliki, ali su vrlo funkcionalni. Postoje tri jedinice u prizemlju, tri na prvom i četiri na drugom spratu. Ulaz u dva apartmana u prizemlju je lociran 5-6 stepenika ispod nivoa ulice, prozori su im nešto manji od standardnih ali su dovoljno osvetljeni, a njihove terase su prolazne i okrenute ka zadnjoj strani - ali su u nivou dvorišta. We offer a total of 12 suite-type apartments (32m²), intended for families of up to five people, with a maximum capacity of four adults or three adults and two children aged 0-11.99. All apartments are very similarly equipped - in one room there is a double bed, while in the other, which is separated by a semi-transparent partition, there are two sofa beds (for 2-3 children). The bathroom is modernly decorated, in an urban style, with a glass shower cabin and a hair dryer. All accommodation units have a private terrace/verandah with seating, TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets and a safe. Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days. The accommodation does not have its own yard, but guests can park their vehicles on the street in front of the property. Guests can also use the outdoor pool at the 4-You Hotel Apartments, which is located about 50m away.
