The accommodation is located on Pigadaki beach (it is separated by a road) in Sikia, it is not new, but it is well maintained, and the owner is an elderly and very kind lady. It is only 10m away from the beach, and the nearest supermarket is 2.3km away, on the main beach of Sikkim. A baker and a grocer pass in front of the house every day, delivering their products and groceries, so purchasing is much easier. Pigadaki is a very beautiful beach, small and organized, with fine sand, shallows and calm sea. There are several restaurants on the beach, some of which are widely known, and nearby are some of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia (Klimataria, Kriaritsi, Tourkolimnionas...). Georgia House has a charming courtyard full of flowers, two three-bed studios (3 Bed Studio, No. 1 & No. 2), one four-bed studio (4 Bed Studio, No. 3) and one four-bed apartment (4 Bed Apartment, No. 4). All units have the same square footage, about (22m2). Studios number 1 and number 2 have one double bed of standard size, one single bed larger than standard, kitchenette, bathroom with tiles, shower and curtain and terrace. They can host up to 3 people, a maximum of three adults. The third studio (no. 3) has one double bed narrower than standard and two single beds. It can host up to 4 people, maximum 3 adults. The bathroom has a bordered shower area with a curtain. All studios have nice terraces and a side view of the sea, small bathrooms that the owner has recently expanded, but are still small. There are clothes dryers on the terraces. In addition to the studio, there is also one apartment (No. 4) that has a large veranda in the shade, on which there is a sofa for sitting and a sofa for resting. The apartment has one double bed narrower than standard in the first room where there is also a kitchen, two single beds in the bedroom. It can host up to 4 people, maximum 4 adults. The bathroom has a shower with tiles and a curtain. All studios and apartments have a kitchen with a large refrigerator, stove with hotplates and necessary dishes. Internet and air conditioning are available to guests. Towels and bed linen are provided, and guests take care of hygiene during their stay. Of course, the accommodation is completely cleaned on the first and last day of stay. There is no private parking, but a parking space can be found nearby. Pigadaki beach is not difficult to find. After turning off the main road towards Sikija beach, continue straight until you reach the fork in the road. The road to the left leads to Sikija beach, and to the right uphill to Pigadaki beach. You will pass the first bay, and the very next bay is Pigadaki beach. On the beach you will see the Zampakos restaurant, and when you pass it, you will see this accommodation on the right. If you are not too demanding and want accommodation right on the beach, Georgia House can be a good choice.

Surrounded by greenery, near the sandy beach of Siki, there is the Anna Mpaka house. The accommodation is modest and is the right place to rest, away from the crowds. Due to the small number of accommodation units, it also offers privacy to its guests. It is less than 300m from the beach, and the first market is within the Melissa camp, 650m away. A little before the camp there is a pizzeria, and there is also a tavern nearby. It consists of two four-bed studios on the side of the house, while the owners live in the back of the house. The studios have one double bed and bunk beds. Both studios are air-conditioned, have TV, internet and an unfenced terrace with a table and chairs. In the kitchen there is a stove and a small fridge, and in the bathroom there is an open shower (only tiles). The yard is fenced, full of greenery, has a barbecue and an outdoor shower. You can park in the back yard. Coming from the direction of Sarti towards Sikia, you will see a turn to the left marked with three beaches: Ai Ioannis, Griavas and Valti. This turn is the first turn to the left after the turn for Camp Valti. When you turn into that street, just go straight and after 750m you will see a house on the right. House Anna Mpaka is an ideal accommodation for guests who are not looking for luxury, but modest accommodation with a good position for visiting the surrounding beaches.

Hidden away from the noise, in a landscaped yard, with parking, not far from the center of the village of Siki, is the accommodation Teo Studios. The spacious apartments are fully equipped, and the owners live right above in case something goes wrong. It is located in a quiet part of the village of Siki, only 450m from the center. The nearest supermarket is about 250m from the accommodation. It is a little further from Siki beach, more precisely a little more than 4 km, but it can be reached very quickly by car. The region itself is full of wonderful, sandy beaches that should definitely be visited. The accommodation consists of two apartments on the ground floor, which is one step below ground level. Above the apartment, on the floor, the owners live. The apartments are spacious and fully equipped with furniture and electrical appliances, they have a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace. Both apartments have one double bed in the bedroom, while the living room has one double bed and one single bed. Both apartments have air conditioning, mosquito nets, WiFi internet, TV, a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove and a large refrigerator, and a bathroom with a bathtub and a curtain. If necessary, the owner can also provide a cot. Towels and bed linen are changed after five nights, and earlier if necessary. In the yard there is a barbecue and a dining area, a small playground, and there is also a private parking lot. Small pets are allowed in agreement with the owner. When you enter the village of Sikija, continue straight, then turn into the first street on the left, follow the street to the end, then left again and the first street on the right. At the end of the street you will see the accommodation Theo. In a quiet part of Sikia, with a courtyard and private parking, Teo Studios offers a vacation away from the noise. The place is relaxing, and in front of the house there is a view of the Sikia valley. The accommodation is suitable for families with children for whom the distance from the beach is not crucial, or for two families who would like to vacation together and have privacy.

Areti Studios is located on the road leading to the village of Sikija, surrounded by greenery. With a fenced yard with a large lawn and natural shade, barbecue and parking, this modest accommodation is ideal for families with children for whom proximity to the beach is not crucial. It is almost 3 km away from Sikija beach, but it is an excellent starting point for visiting all the surrounding beaches. The center of Sikije is 1.5 km away, and the nearest market is 550 m away. On Saturdays there is a market in the village of Sikija, so you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables, fish and other products of this region. Areti Studios consists of one four-bed apartment (34m2), two three-bed studios (21m2) and one two-bed studio (19m2). The double studio is located on the first floor (eight steps above ground level), and the other two studios and an apartment are on the second floor. In the four-bed apartment, there is one double bed in the bedroom, while two single beds are in the room with the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary dishes, a large refrigerator and an electric stove with an oven. To get to the bathroom, you have to go through the bedroom. The apartment also has two spacious balconies with a table and chairs, one of which faces the street and the other faces the yard. Three-bed studios consist of one French bed and one single bed in the same room. In the kitchens there is a stove with two burners, a small refrigerator and the necessary dishes. The balconies are spacious, have a table with chairs and a view of the mountain. The double studio has two single beds that can be joined if necessary. Accommodation Areti is very easy to reach. Coming from the highway from the direction of Sarti, on the right side, or on the left if you are coming from the opposite direction, you will see a sign for the village of Sikija where you should turn. Continuing on that road, after about 800m, you will see a villa on the left. If you don't mind the distance from the beach, and you want to visit other beaches in Sithonia outside Sikia, Areti Studios is the right choice. The connection with other places in Sithonia is excellent, and near the accommodation there is a mini-market and a bakery, while the center of Sikije with taverns, cafes, doctor's office, post office and other facilities is only a few minutes' drive away.

House Rodi is a real traditional stone house in the village of Sikija. Although traditional from the outside, everything inside is renovated and ready for the stay of families who want a peaceful vacation. The very center of the village is nearby, so everything you need is within reach. The nearest beach is Sikija beach, about 4.5 km away, so we recommend this accommodation only to those who come with their own vehicle. The nearest supermarket, also the biggest in the village, is 500m from the accommodation, and all other facilities are about 650m away. On the ground floor of the house there is one four-bed studio and one four-bed apartment, and on the first floor there is a seven-bed duplex apartment. The studio and apartment overlook the courtyard, and the duplex apartment overlooks the village and the mountains. The four-bed studio is equipped with one double bed, one single and one extra bed. The maximum number of people it can accommodate is three adults and one child. The kitchen has a small oven with hotplates, a large fridge with a freezer compartment and basic dishes. Inside the studio there is a table and chairs for dining, and in front there is a fenced terrace with a table and chairs. The bedroom in the four-bed apartment is spacious and has one double bed and one single bed. In the room with the kitchen there is one extra bed and a dining table and chairs. In the kitchen there is a small oven with hotplates and a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment. In front of the apartment is an unfenced porch with a table and chairs. The duplex apartment is spacious and has as many as three bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while the third has two beds for one person. The living room has a sofa and dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a stove, a large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment and basic dishes. There is also a table and chairs for sitting on the terrace. All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have TV and internet. Each has its own bathroom with a shower curtain. The yard is small, but cute. It has grape vines, so the small part is partly in the shade. A mobile grill is also available. The house does not have its own parking lot, but it is possible to park in the cross streets. After you enter the village of Sikija and pass the supermarket, you should turn into the first street on the right, then the third street on the right, then the first left and the first left again and you will see Rodi's house on the corner. For all those who would like to spend their vacation in peace and quiet, and who do not find it difficult to visit the beaches by car, this is the right place.

House Vigla is one of the few accommodations in Sikia that has a swimming pool. It is surrounded by a very spacious, fenced yard, with toys for children and private parking. It is located in a quiet place and is one of the more modest accommodations that we recommend to less demanding tourists. It is about 700m from Sikija beach, and about 900m from the market. At approximately the same distance, there are also a couple of taverns, and to the left and right of Sikija beach there are several more beautiful beaches with taverns. It consists of two apartments on the ground floor and eight studios for two, three or four people on the first floor. There are a total of three two-bed studios (No. 1, 6 and 7), four three-bed studios (No. 4, 5 and 8) and one four-bed studio (No. 2, 3). The two-bed studios have one double bed each, the three-bed studios have a double bed and a single bed, while the four-bed studio has a double bed, a single bed and a drawer bed. The kitchens in the two-bed and three-bed studios are modestly equipped, they have a stove with two hotplates and a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, while the kitchen in the four-bed studio is equipped with a stove with two hotplates and a large refrigerator with a freezer. In studies no. 1, 2, 3 and 4 in the bathrooms are only tiles and a shower, while in the studios no. 5, 6, 7 and 8 shower cabins. Each studio has its own terrace with a view of the courtyard. The apartments can host a maximum of six adults. They consist of a living room, a kitchen with a dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the second bedroom there is a single bed with a drawer bed, while in the living room there are two sofas for one person. Equipped kitchens include two hotplates and a small oven as well as a large fridge with freezer. Within the large, fenced yard, there is a swimming pool with deckchairs and umbrellas. A barbecue is also available to guests. One part of the yard is used as a parking lot. A dirt road from the main road next to Siki beach leads to Vigla's house. After turning towards Sikija beach, continue straight until you reach the beach. Then you continue straight (or left) until you see the tavern Theano on the left. Continue straight and turn into the second street to the left of the tavern. When you come across a fork in the road, turn right and you will see a house. If you are not demanding about the quality of accommodation, and a large yard, toys for children and a swimming pool are important to you, then this is the right place for you.

Tucked away among stone houses, in a quiet part of the village of Siki, is the Fisherman's house. The simple and sweetly furnished house is a real piece of paradise for those who love privacy and silence. Nearby is the center of the village with all facilities, so everything, except the beach, is within reach. It is less than 200m from the center of the village, and in the center there are several taverns, bakeries, pharmacies, post offices, shops, butchers, etc. On Saturdays, part of the main street is closed for the market, where you can buy fresh fruit, vegetables, fish and seafood. The beach is a little further, about 4.7 km from the accommodation, so it is better to come with your own vehicle. The house is small and essentially consists of one four-bed apartment, on the ground floor. It consists of one bedroom and one living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. There is a double bed in the bedroom, and a pull-out sofa in the living room, which is the size of a French bed when extended. The living room is transient. The kitchen is small, and in addition to basic dishes, it has an induction hob and a small refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. In front of the house is a terrace with a seating set and a barbecue. The apartment is air-conditioned, has two TVs and internet. The house does not have a yard, only a terrace in front. Also, there is no private parking, but a public one is located a few steps from the house. You will get to the house by going straight after entering the village of Sikija, passing the square and then straight until you see the Mimosa Tavern on the right. You should turn into the street that is right before the restaurant, on the same side of the street. You continue straight until the bend, and as soon as you pass the bend, you turn into the first street on the right and you can park on the right. A few meters above the parking lot, on the right, there is a house. If you want to experience Greece in a different way, to really rest, far from the noise, then this house is the right place for you!

There is a table and chairs for sitting on each of the terraces. Each terrace has a view of the courtyard and the street. Both apartments are equipped in the same way. Villa Angela is very easy to get to. It is the right choice for those looking for modest accommodation, with a landscaped yard for children and private parking, and the friendly owners will do their best to make you feel at home. Galini House is located not far from the beach, more precisely about 1 km from it. The bakery is 400m away, and the nearest supermarket is just over 1km away. The house is an excellent starting point for visiting the beaches in the area. Although the house is located under the highway, the two accommodation units face the opposite side, towards the yard. We offer three four-bed studios for two adults and two children, as well as one six-bed duplex apartment for a maximum of four adults and two children. Four-bed studios consist of a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. They are located on the high ground floor, several steps above ground level. In the bedroom there are two French beds, TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with basic appliances and a small table with two chairs. The bathroom is separated from the rest of the room by an accordion door and there is an enclosed shower tub with a curtain, i.e. only tiles and a curtain (yellow). The terrace has a table and chairs and overlooks the courtyard. One studio is from the front (yellow), and the other from the back of the house. The six-bed duplex apartment is located on the second floor. It consists of two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and terrace. In the first bedroom there are one double bed and one single bed, and in the second one a narrower than standard double bed and one single bed, so this apartment is suitable for two families with one child each. The kitchen is standard equipped and has a large refrigerator. The dining room, i.e. the living room, is spacious and has a dining table and chairs, TV, air conditioner and a sofa. There is no enclosed shower in the bathroom, just a shower and tiles. The terrace is large, has a table and chairs and a view of the yard. Towels and bed linen are changed every three days, and guests are responsible for cleaning. Pets are not allowed. The yard is spacious, fenced and landscaped, so it is ideal for children. Due to its environment, this accommodation could be an excellent choice for families with children or couples who want to relax with friends in a quiet place.
