We offer four well-maintained and clean accommodation units on the ground floor, two six-bed duplex apartments and two four-bed studios. Duplex apartments number 1 and 4 have one double bed in the living room with kitchen, while the bedroom has one double bed and bunk beds. Four-bed studios number 2 and 3 have a double bed and bunk beds. The kitchens in all accommodation units are equipped with a mini-oven with hotplates, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a toaster, a coffee machine and the necessary dishes. Each accommodation unit has a separate bathroom with a shower curtain. Towels and bed linen are changed after four nights. All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV, internet, mosquito nets and terraces with seating and clothes dryers. Accommodation Lemonis-Zoe will be easy to find. After you turn off the main road towards Sikija beach, you will drive to it, and after that you will turn left, drive along the street along the beach and after 200m you will see the yard where this facility is located on your left. One of the most beautifully arranged accommodations in Sikia, located about 150m from the sandy Valti beach. Tucked away in greenery with wide treetops, the yard is decorated with taste, exudes warmth and a pleasant atmosphere. Every morning, a van with fresh bread and pastries passes by the house, and the nearest mini-market within the Melissa camp is 2.2 km away. There is only one tavern on Valti beach, which also has sunbeds and umbrellas that can be obtained with an ordered drink. There are three apartments on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The apartments on the ground floor have a view of the courtyard, and the apartment on the first floor has a view of the sea. One apartment in the living room with a kitchen has two single beds, the second has a sofa and a single bed, the third has a sofa and a single bed with a drawer bed, and the fourth, that is, the apartment on the first floor, has two sofas. The bedroom in all apartments has a double bed. The bathrooms are large and modernly decorated, one apartment has a shower cabin, and the other three have a shower that is partitioned off by a wall on one side. Kitchens are equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer, stove, coffee machine, toaster and necessary dishes. The apartments on the ground floor have a porch with a table and chairs, and the apartment on the first floor has a balcony with a table and chairs. All have TV, air conditioning, internet and mosquito nets. A laundry service is also available for an additional fee. The yard is spacious, fenced, beautifully decorated and full of natural shade, which is shared with the Dragani accommodation. In addition to tables with chairs and swings for relaxation, it is also decorated with a beautifully decorated well surrounded by flowers. Inside the courtyard there are also outdoor showers and covered parking. This house can be reached in two ways. The first is by turning left from the highway (from the direction of Sarti) when you see the sign for Camp Valti. At the first turn to the right, you will turn again and that road will lead you straight to the accommodation, which will be found on the right. This road is unpaved, so we would still recommend another way. When you turn off the highway towards Sikija beach, continue straight until you reach the beach, then follow the road along the beach, you will pass one cove, and the next one is Valti beach. After the Mesogeios restaurant, continue straight for a few hundred meters and immediately afterwards, on the left, you enter this little paradise. The location is very good for those who want a vacation near the beach, in a quiet environment, about 10 km from Sarti and Sikia. Estell Apartments is an excellent choice for families with children, because it really has all the necessary facilities, and the friendly owner is available for anything you need.

River Rooms is an accommodation suitable for families or friends who want to be alone on the beautiful Kriarici beach in the surroundings of Sikia. It is one of the few accommodations on this sandy and spacious beach, and due to its isolation, it can become your oasis of peace. The beach, which is 250m away, can be reached by an unpaved road, and the nearest shop is located about 500m away in the Kristina camp. The nearest tavern is about 200m away. Supermarkets and bakeries are located in Sikia, about 15 minutes' drive from Kriaritsi beach. We offer a total of five studios, three with four beds, one with three beds and one with two beds. Four-bed studios have one double bed and one sofa bed for two children. The bathrooms have a shower cabin. The three-bed studio has a double bed and a pull-out armchair, while the two-bed studio has a double bed. The bathrooms in these two studios have a shower. The kitchens in all studios are equipped with a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove with hotplates, a toaster and the necessary dishes. All accommodation units have TV, air conditioning, internet and mosquito nets. Also, all units are located on the ground floor and have a view of the courtyard. There are dining tables on the terraces. The yard is large and fenced, and suitable for children, with various toys. A brick barbecue is available to guests. You will reach the River Rooms accommodation if you follow the signs to the Kriarici beach, through the famous labyrinth of roads. From whichever side of the highway you are coming from, you will see a sign for this beach. If you are a fan of less commercial beaches and places, Kriaritsi and River Rooms can be an excellent choice. They are very close to some of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia, such as Klimataria, Turkolimnionas, Agridia, Kalamica, etc.

Emmanuela House is accommodation on the beautiful, sandy beach of Klimataria in Sikia. We offer two houses, namely one apartment and one studio, so it is an ideal choice for everyone who wants privacy and peace. A few meters in front of the house is a bar that leads to the beach, where you will find several bars and a tavern. For everything else, you need to go to the village of Sikija (about 7.5 km), and on the way to the village there is also a bakery (3.6 km) and a supermarket (4.4 km). In one ground floor house (studio no. 1) there is a sofa for two people and two single beds in the living room, from the living room you enter the bedroom and there is a double bed. The living room is separated from the bedroom by a door, and the bedroom leads to the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen and the bedroom are separated by a curtain, and when entering the living room from the kitchen, there is no door. The bathroom has only tiles with a shower. In the second ground floor house (apartment no. 2) it consists of two bedrooms (only one is separated by a door), kitchen, bathroom and terrace. In the bedroom, separated by a door, there is one double bed, and in the other there are three single beds. The bathroom has an enclosed shower area. The kitchen is standard equipped, has a stove and a small refrigerator. There is a seating area on the terrace, with a view of the sea. Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV and internet. There is a barbecue in the small yard next to the terrace, and private parking is in front or behind the house. The best way to get to the accommodation is from Sikija beach. From the direction of Sarti, turn towards Sikija beach, then continue straight to the sea and the intersection, then turn right (the road on the left leads along Sikija beach to Sarti). After passing the "5 Steps in the Sand" tavern, continue straight and at the first fork in the road (just before Turkolimnionas beach) turn right and uphill. This part of the road is narrow and along the cliff, so you should drive carefully. After a few minutes of driving, you will see Klimataria beach. Continue down to the overpass, turn left towards the beach and you will see Emmanuela House on the right. If you want to avoid the road along the cliff, coming from the direction of Sarti, do not turn towards Sikia, but continue a few hundred meters towards Kalamitici and turn left from the highway at the sign for Klimatarija beach. If you are looking for accommodation on a sandy beach, with a sea view, then this house is the right choice for you.

This house can be an excellent choice for guests who do not care about proximity to the beach, but rather comfort and a nicely decorated interior, and the friendly owners will make your stay even more pleasant. The nearest beach, Sikija beach, is 3.5 km away, while shops, cafes and taverns are located 10 meters from the property. We offer two four-bed apartments (40m2) on the upper ground floor. The apartments have a sofa bed in the living room with kitchen, while the bedroom has one double bed. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove and the necessary dishes. There is also a dining table in the kitchen. There is a shower cabin in the bathroom, and the bathroom in one apartment is slightly larger. The terrace has seating and a clothes dryer, and guests can also use a washing machine and dryer free of charge. The apartments have internet, TV, air conditioning and mosquito nets. The accommodation does not have a yard or private parking, but guests can park in the surrounding streets. You will find this accommodation easily. After entering the village, continue straight to the center. You will turn right immediately after the fast food Nassos, then again on the first street on the right and after 20m you will see this house on your right. Lavim Apartments can be an excellent choice primarily for guests who come by car, since the beach is not nearby, and who want to spend their vacation in a quiet location, close to all the facilities that this village has to offer.

The newly built villas Valti, within the camp of the same name, are located in the first row to the sea and the beautiful beach of golden sand, after which they got their name. They are surrounded by a spacious yard with natural shade, so they can be an ideal accommodation choice for families with children. They are separated from Valti beach only by a street that is not busy. The tavern is right next to it, and the nearest market is within the Melissa camp (2km). Every day a grocer passes through the street, so it is possible to buy fresh fruits and vegetables. We offer 20 single-story houses located next to each other. In the apartments, there is a double bed in the bedroom, and a sofa in the room with the kitchen. The studios have the same beds, only the French bed is slightly separated by a wall. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom has a shower cabin. There is access to the terrace from both rooms, and the terrace has a side view of the sea, as well as a table and chairs. The price difference between the accommodation units is justified by their position, i.e. the closer they are to the sea, the higher the price. All cottages have air conditioning, TV, internet and mosquito nets. Guests clean the accommodation themselves during their stay, and receive a clean set of bed linen and towels after six days. The yard is spacious, with plenty of natural shade. Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach can be used with a purchased drink. Private parking is also available. Valti Houses can be reached in two ways. Driving from the direction of Sarti, turn left from the highway at the Valti Camp sign, and at the next turn, continue right on the road that will lead you to the accommodation located on the beach. This road is unpaved, so we would recommend another way. Turn off the highway towards Sikija beach and continue straight to the beach. Follow the road along the beach, pass one cove, and the next is Valti beach. This accommodation is located next to Mesogeios restaurant. If you want newly built accommodation on the beach, with a view of the sea and in a quiet environment, then Valti Villas is the right choice for you!

It is ideal for all those who want peace and privacy, and the proximity to the beach is not crucial for them. In the center of the village, about 100m from the house, you will find taverns, shops, a pharmacy and cafes. On Saturdays there is a market where you can buy local products, fresh fish and seafood, fruits and vegetables. The nearest beach is Sikija beach, less than 5 km away, or less than 10 minutes' drive. It is an apartment on the first floor consisting of a bedroom, a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. There is a double bed in the bedroom, and a pull-out sofa and an armchair in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary dishes, a stove, a coffee machine, a dishwasher and a large refrigerator with a freezer. The bathroom has a shower cabin. The apartment is air-conditioned, has a TV, internet and mosquito nets on the windows. Clean towels and bed linen are in the apartment, so guests are responsible for changing and maintaining hygiene. In the yard there are trees that create natural shade, a table with chairs, a barbecue and one parking space. When you enter the village of Sikia, continue straight until you see the fast food restaurant Nassos on the corner. Right next to it, turn right into the street, then into the next right and again into the next right, where you will see this house on the corner. If privacy is important to you, but not close to the beach, because you plan to visit them, Maria House is ideal for you.

Surrounded by a spacious yard, with plenty of greenery and trees, this house is ideal for families with children. The beach is 450m away, and there is a bar on the beach that offers sunbeds and umbrellas. There is a mini-market within the camp on the beach, while for larger purchases and a bakery you need to go to the village of Sikija, which is about 15 minutes' drive away. It is a one-story house renovated in 2019. We offer two studios at the back and two apartments. Both studios are identically equipped and can host a maximum of four people. They each have a double bed and a pull-out sofa, while one apartment has a double bed in the bedroom and two more sofas, one of which is a pull-out sofa. The second apartment has two bedrooms with one double bed and two couches each, one of which can sleep two children, and the other one one person. All accommodation units have a fully equipped kitchen with a flat cooking plate, a small oven, an electric kettle, a toaster and a large fridge, as well as a bathroom with an open shower without a curtain (tiles only). Each has its own seating set, is air-conditioned and has a TV. The studios from the back face the courtyard, while the apartment and studio from the front face the street. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days. Pets are not allowed. The house is surrounded by a spacious yard, full of greenery and trees, and there are also toys for children. Private parking is available within the courtyard. In order not to get lost, it is best to follow the navigation that will lead you to the house through a small maze of roads. Part of the road is unpaved. If you like non-commercial beaches, peace and quiet, then Haratsi House is the ideal place for you.

Haris Papa Apartments is an accommodation not far from Siki beach, tucked away in a courtyard full of greenery. It is ideal for a larger group or two families looking for privacy, i.e. the whole house and yard to themselves. The beach is about 300m away, and the nearest mini-market is within the campsites, about 650m away. There is a grocer, a bakery and a fish market on the main road, all within a five-minute drive. Harris Papa Apartments offers two accommodation units. The apartment located on the ground floor can accommodate a maximum of six adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bathrooms and two bedrooms with one double bed each. In the living room there is a sofa for two people. The apartment, located in the attic, consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms. In one bedroom there is a double bed and a sofa for one person, and in the other bedroom there are two joined beds for one person. On request, within the price, a baby cot is available. The air-conditioned units are equipped with Wi-Fi internet, hair dryer, large fridge and kettle. The apartment on the ground floor is equipped with a dishwasher. Meal preparation is not allowed in any of the apartments, but guests have access to a common summer kitchen equipped with a stove with two hotplates and a small oven. Pets are allowed on request. Children's toys, a barbecue, a table with chairs and a parking space are available in the yard. Guests are responsible for the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay, and they have a set for changing bed linen and towels at their disposal. Guests have a free laundry service at their disposal. Coming to Siki from the direction of Sarti, you will see a left turn marked for three beaches, Ai Ioanis, Griavas and Valti. This is the first turn to the left after the turn for Camp Valti. Turn and drive straight for about 700m until you see Harris House on the right.
