We recommend the house only to those who come with their own vehicle, because the beach is around 3km away. Maisonette can accommodate up to four adults and four children. On the first floor of the maisonette there is one bedroom, kitchen with living room, two storage rooms, bathroom and two balconies. The bedroom is equipped with bunk beds and has its own balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a stove, a kettle, a toaster, a large fridge with a small freezer. The beach, sandy and long, is only 100m away, and the nearest supermarket is within the campsite. In one of the next few bays, in the direction of Kalamitsi , there are several taverns on the beach. In the campsite, guests can rent caravans and tents. There are five tents and fourteen caravans available. Nikolas Studios is located in Skala Panagia, better known as Golden Beach, on the island of Thassos - right across from the parking lot and the entrance to the large Golden Beach Camping, about 140m from the beach. The building is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped yard, with a brick barbecue, fountain, seating, umbrellas and a playground for children. There are parking spaces on the street in front of the villa, as well as by the camp fence. At the entrance to the accommodation there is a reception with a lobby. Guests have at their disposal nine studios for two or three people, as well as three apartments for a maximum of five people. The studios have a double bed and a folding armchair, a mini-kitchen with a sink and basic kitchen elements, two hotplates and a refrigerator. The terrace with a view of the front or back yard is equipped with seating, and the bathroom has a shower with a curtain. If you are looking for quality accommodation on the Golden beach, this is certainly one of them. Skala Potamia and the ethnic village of Panagia are a two-minute drive away, and the center of Skala Panagia is a two-minute walk away. Golden Beach is ideal for a quiet family holiday without nightlife and entertainment, with several supermarkets, shops and restaurants. But if you want more content, especially in the evening, the capital Limenas is only ten minutes away by car. In addition to having an excellent sandy beach (ideal for children), Golden Beach also has an excellent location compared to other beaches, because the famous Paradise beach is a ten-minute drive away, and Makrijamos, Tarzanas and Nisteri beaches are about 15 minutes away. The marble beach is about 18 km away. .

The first store is 100m away. There are a total of two luxury maisonettes (45m2) - accommodation units on two levels. On the ground floor of a duplex there is a living room with two sofas for two children and a well-equipped kitchen, and on the first floor there is a bedroom (without a door) with a French bed that has access to a terrace with a fantastic view. In this maisonette, it is possible to insert a fifth extra bed, in which an adult can also sleep, but it needs to be folded during the day, due to more space. The second maisonette is equipped with a French bed in the bedroom and two sofas on the ground floor. Two adults can sleep on the sofas. There is a bathtub in the bathrooms. There are two verandas on the ground floor, in front and behind the entrance. The maisonettes were built in 2009 and are equipped with new and high-quality furniture. They have air conditioning, TV, WiFi internet, hair dryer and iron, and the kitchen is equipped with a stove with oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric jug and refrigerator. Cleaning is done daily, and sheets and towels are changed every three days. In the part of the yard with a grassy surface, there is a brick grill, seating, several toys for children and all in the shade. There is also a private parking lot within the courtyard with several parking spaces, and there are also parking spaces around the accommodation. The easiest way to get to this accommodation is if you are coming from the direction of Limenas, when entering the village of Panagia, turn left towards Golden Beach (Skala Panagia). Just drive straight until you reach the place itself, until you see the Ana market on the left, on the corner. Turn left at the Ana market and continue straight to the top of the hill where you will see Athina Maisonettes. Ladikas Apartments is a relatively new accommodation located 250m from the beach. The guests have a brick barbecue and a playground for the youngest visitors in the yard, and there is also a private parking lot within the accommodation. We offer nine apartments and one studio in Golden Beach, about 250m from the beach. The apartments are spacious, equipped with quality wooden furniture and can host up to five people. All have a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed for two people in the living room, and there is also a sofa bed for the fifth person. The studio and two apartments are located on the ground floor, while the other apartments are arranged on the first and second floors, seen from the back of the yard, since it is a cascade construction. The studio consists of one French bed and a sofa bed for two people. All accommodation units have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, terrace, refrigerator, air conditioning, TV and WiFi internet. The area of ​​most apartments is about 45m2, and there are also three smaller apartments with a square footage of about 35m2. The area of ​​the studio is 30m2. Cleaning, as well as changing of towels and bed linen, is done every other day. The yard is paved, has a playground for children and is nicely decorated and maintained. Private parking is provided for guests and is located right in front of the accommodation, at the very entrance to the complex. There are no places in the private parking lot for all guests, but you can leave your vehicle next to the accommodation, there is enough space. To get to this accommodation, if you are coming from the direction of Limenas, it is best to turn left at the entrance to the village of Panagia towards Golden Beach. Continue straight and after about 3.5 km you will see Ladikas Apartments on your right. The nearest store is about 350m away. Finikas Apartments is a newer facility located in Golden Beach. It is a very modern and high-quality accommodation, ideal for families or couples who want to enjoy the sea view. It is a little more than 200m away from the beach and is located near one of the most beautiful parts of Golden Beach Bay. The building has a total of 7 accommodation units, namely three maisonettes, three apartments and one studio. Maisonettes (45m2) are apartments on two levels. The first level has a fully equipped kitchen (toaster, coffee maker, electric jug), a dining table and a living room with a three-seater sofa, which is intended for sleeping because it can be folded out into a bed for two. On the second level there is a gallery with a king size bed. All three maisonettes have two large, furnished balconies and a fantastic view of the sea. They are ideal for families with two children. The studio has one king size bed and one single bed. The equipment is the same as in the maisonette, the only difference is that the studio does not have a stove with an oven. The surface of the studio is 26 square meters and is located on the high ground floor. The studio has a beautiful, partial view of the sea and complete privacy because it does not touch the other terraces. In the afternoon, there is shade on the terrace because the studio faces east and has a large awning. In front of the studio there is a lawn, that is, a yard that belongs only to this studio. Four-bed apartment, Superior (43m2) has two French beds. Both beds have anatomical mattresses. It has an awning and shade, a private yard and a partial sea view. It is very suitable for families. There are also two new four-bed Comfort apartments (40m2) that welcomed the first tourists in the 2018 season. To get to this accommodation unit, you have to go up the stairs and then go down when entering the apartment. The apartments are located a few steps below the level of the courtyard, but the entire building is at a height. They consist of a separate bedroom with a French bed that has an anatomical mattress and a living room that has a couch where two adults can sleep. The living room has access to the veranda overlooking the sea, while the balcony from the bedroom overlooks the courtyard. It should be noted that only one of the apartments has a private veranda with a sea view. The second apartment also has a veranda with a view of the sea, but it is not private, that is, it is not connected directly to the apartment, but a path is crossed, but only the guests of that apartment use it.
