It is more recent (built in 2007/2008) and has six studios and two duplex apartments. Three studios (no. 3,5,6) have accommodation capacity for two people, have two single beds, which can be connected, while three (no. 1,2,4) accommodation capacity for two adults and two children, has a double bed and a bunk bed. The kitchen is equipped, has a stove and refrigerator. If necessary, a stove with an oven can be requested from the owner. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. The studios have an area of 20-35m2. All studios are located on the ground floor, 70cm below ground level; they don't have a terrace, but there is a space where they can dry things. The apartments are upstairs. The apartments have two separate bedrooms (one has a double bed and the other has a drawer bed). The living room has a seating area (two sofas and an armchair or a corner sofa) and an LCD TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a large refrigerator, stove with oven and washing machine. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. The apartments are 60-70m2, and unlike the studios, have terraces, which are very spacious. All accommodation units are air-conditioned and feature a TV, mosquito nets and a safety deposit box. If someone needs a hair dryer or fan, they can contact the owners. Hygiene of studios and apartments, in the form of cleaning and changing towels is done every 2 days, while bed linen is changed every 4 days. Epinio is a very good choice, if you decide to spend your vacation in Nikiti, because it has a great location and is close to all necessary facilities (close to the Smile market, taverns and restaurants). Our description Porto Thassos is located in Skala Potamia, just 80m from the beach. You can reach the villa by turning left from the main road, from Skala Panagia, at the central crossroads in Skala Potamia, towards the sea, and then turn into the first street on the left, a street that is parallel to the coast. The two buildings in which the apartments are located are newly built and 50m away from the existing building (where the studios are located). In each building there are 4 duplex apartments, of which two apartments are on the high ground floor and two on the first floor. The apartments are 55m2 and consist of three rooms - two separate bedrooms, two separate bathrooms, two balconies, three air conditioners, while the living room has a fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs and a large sofa. In one bedroom there is a double bed while in the other there are two single beds. The facility is cleaned daily while bed linen and towels are changed every 2-3 days. There are about 10 bicycles for adults and children, which can be used free of charge for riding or shopping. Since Skala Potamia and Golden Beach are connected in the plain, bicycles are an excellent means of transportation and can be used for fine family outings. If you want very decent accommodation in the heart of Skala Potamia, very close to the beach, Porto Thassos is a great choice.

Our description Accommodation Anatoli Apartments is located on the left side of the highway when coming from the direction of Kriopigi, 200m after turning to the center of Polychrono. It consists of a total of 11 accommodation units, six of which have sea views.
