Villa Pipini is located in the wider center of Limenas, in Dimitriadou Street, after the Hotel Conti i Lina, Fotini. The villa is about a kilometer away from the strictest center of the town, and about a kilometer and a half from the city beach. The nearest beach is Vournelis (some 400 meters). Tarsanas beach is about 800m from the villa, in extension of Vournelis beach. When you get off the ferry, follow the direction to the right and drive along the sea along the main road (about 300 meters), then reach the part where the narrow road leads straight to the Vournelis Hotel and the beach of the same name, and you follow the main road and turn left. to the first big crossroads (with Dimitriadou Street) and turn left, and then after 200 meters you reach Villa Pipini, which is on the left side of the street. It is a very beautiful, new villa, with a swimming pool in the yard, with deck chairs and umbrellas next to it, with a beautifully landscaped and tucked away yard. The villa has a total of 9 two-room studios in which an extra bed for a child can be added if needed. The studios are very nicely and modernly decorated, with quality and new furniture. All have kitchens, bathrooms, safe, wireless internet signal, air conditioning, TV and beautiful terraces. The yard is very nice, mostly in the shade, with a nice pool. Cleaning is daily, and linen and towels are changed every 3 days. It is a very nice facility, so if you want quality accommodation in Limenas close to all amenities, this accommodation can be ideal for you and your family.

Blue View Studios is located in the center of Skala Potamia, to the right of the main road from Golden Beach. Given that it is located on a hill, the view from the terraces of this villa is truly fantastic. The villa is about 300m away from the beach. It is a decent accommodation, not luxurious. There are a total of 10 studios, which are distributed in two buildings. The central building has one double studio that can accommodate an extra bed, two triple studios with a fourth extra bed, one quadruple studio with four standard beds, and three triple studios with three standard beds. The size of the studio varies, on average from 15m2 to 25m2. A separate building is a house with two double studios, which can also accommodate one extra bed if needed. All studios have a sea view, including the studios in the house (the sea view is not direct, but from the side) and the sea is less visible. Apartments (30m2) have two rooms that are not separated by a door. The bedroom has a double bed, and the other room has a sofa bed for two children and a kitchen. They are spacious, equipped with new and modern furniture, with large verandas, TV, bathroom and air conditioning in the bedroom. The studios (28m2) are also beautiful and have one double or two single beds and a sofa bed for two children, a kitchen, a bathroom, a veranda, a TV and air conditioning. The yard is nicely decorated, with a barbecue, and next to the house is a private parking lot for guests. Cleaning, change of bed linen and towels is done every three days. The villa is new, equipped with modern and quality furniture. It consists of a total of six studies that can be double, triple, quadruple and five-bed. The double studio has a double bed, the triple has one double and one single bed, and the four-bed studio has a double bed with bunk beds for children. The large four-bed studio in the attic is the largest, and it has one double and two single beds, and can accommodate a cot. When you start from the central crossroads in Skala Potamia to descend to the sea, turn into the first street on the left and after some 200m on the left you will see on the left a sign for Thalassa apartments. The complex consists of one studio and five penthouses. When you enter the complex, you first come across a studio that is suitable for two adults and one child. The studio is about 27 m2 and has one double bed, and if necessary, one extra bed for a child can be added. After the studies, there is the largest penthouse of about 40 m2 and it is the only penthouse that has a small balcony upstairs, while all other penthouses (and there are 4 more) have a smaller gallery upstairs and no balcony and an area of about 35 m2. All penthouses are similarly equipped and have a double bed on the ground floor, where there is a kitchen and bathroom, while on the first floor in all penthouses there is a double French bed. An extra bed for a child can be added to all penthouses. All kitchens are well equipped, and guests also have at their disposal an electric kettle. All bathrooms have shower cabins.
