The offer has a total of four accommodation units (36m2), which according to their structure represent four-bed studios on two levels (4 Bed Studio, Two-level) and can accommodate a maximum of four adults. One of the units is adapted for people with disabilities (4 Bed Studio, Two-level, Disability Access). The lower level, located on the ground floor, includes a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. In the living room there is a drawer bed for two people. On the upper level, which is in the attic and can be reached by internal stairs, there is a double bed. Adding an extra bed is not possible. On request and within the price, a baby cot is available. In this air-conditioned accommodation, in which all units have mosquito nets, air conditioners are located above the stairs on the upper level, and guests have free WiFi internet, smart TV, hair dryer, iron at their disposal. The kitchen is modernly equipped with the necessary dishes for dining, a hob with two hotplates, a standard refrigerator with a smaller freezer compartment, a coffee machine, a frappe machine, a kettle and a toaster. All accommodation units from the living room open onto their own, separate veranda, which has a table with chairs and a parasol. From the veranda there is a view of the beautifully landscaped grass yard, equipped with large tables and chairs under the vines that create natural shade in the yard. Right next to it there is a communal grill. All accommodation units have a view of the courtyard and the mountain. The yard has a children's playground with slides and a trampoline. Pets are not allowed. During their stay, guests are responsible for cleaning the apartment themselves. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days. No parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation, but a free parking space can be found in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, along the street.

The kitchens in all apartments are equipped the same, except for the stove (one apartment has a stove with a flat plate with four hotplates and a large oven, while the other has only a plate with two hotplates. They have a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster. The bathrooms have a shower with a bathtub and a curtain. The apartments are air-conditioned, have mosquito nets, free Wi-Fi internet, TV, hair dryer, iron. Each apartment has access to its own terrace with dining tables, which is fenced and decorated with beautiful curtains and flowers. The apartments have a view of the courtyard, which does not have enough natural shade. In the yard, guests have a barbecue, deck chairs with umbrellas, a mini improvised soccer field, a children's playground, an outdoor shower, a private covered parking lot, as well as a seating area suitable for an evening rest in the fresh air after a hot summer day. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days, and guests take care of themselves accommodation hygiene.

Due to its location, it is ideal as a base for visiting the beautiful beaches in this part of Sithonia, and as part of the accommodation, the owners own a fish market where guests can order fresh fish and seafood. The nearest beach is Sikija and it is 2km away, the nearest supermarket is 500m away, and the center of the village of Sikija is 2.2km away. We offer one three-bed and two four-bed rooms on the first floor. The three-bed room No. 1 has a double bed and a sofa for one person, while the two four-bed rooms, No. 2 and No. 3, have one double bed and one sofa each that can sleep two people. The rooms do not have a kitchen, only a small fridge, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee maker. In the bathrooms, the shower area is separated by a glass partition. Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV, WiFi internet, mosquito nets, hair dryer, and the owners can provide a cot for babies if necessary.
