The maisonettes are on two levels, the first level is on the high ground floor, and the second/lower one is in the basement. On the upper ground floor there is a spacious living room with a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a stove with an oven, a refrigerator with a chamber, a microwave, a kettle. There is also a dining table, sofa and TV. One maisonette (no. 4) has in one of the bedrooms, in addition to the double bed, another single bed, so it can host up to 6 people. This maisonette is the only one that has a washing machine. An internal staircase leads down to the lower level, where there is a small hallway, a bathroom with a wall-mounted shower, as well as two separate bedrooms with double beds, or two single beds. It is important to note that the bedrooms, although they are in the basement, have standard windows. All accommodation units are air-conditioned (maisonettes have air conditioning only on the upper level, not downstairs where the bedrooms are), have TV, mosquito nets, internet; an iron and a cot are available on request. Units are cleaned, bed linen and towels are changed every three days. The accommodation has private parking in the yard and most of the parking spaces are in the shade. Driving on the highway (from the direction of Vrasna), after the Hellas car service, which is on the right, turn into the second street on the right, and then immediately on the left.
