All four studios have two single beds and one French bed of smaller dimensions than the standard one. The part of the studio where the beds are is slightly separated from the kitchen. The kitchen has a mini-oven with hotplates, a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a toaster, a kettle and basic dishes. All bathrooms were renovated in 2017 and have an enclosed shower and a hairdryer. The studios have a terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning, internet, TV and mosquito nets. Bed linen and towels are changed for three days. All guests are provided with free sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach, as well as private parking. There is a shower and a mobile grill in the small yard, but the owner is not sure if the grill will be able to be used, she will know at the beginning of the season. In the restaurant, there is no extra charge option for half board. Linaraki beach is not difficult to find. After turning off the highway towards Sikija Beach, continue straight until you reach a fork in the road. The road to the left leads to Sikija beach, and to the right and uphill to Linaraki beach. The first cove you come across is Linaraki Beach. On the beach you will see the Akrogiali restaurant, which is part of the Efi Rooms accommodation. Efi Rooms is an excellent choice for families who value proximity to the beach and a tavern where they can eat.

Katia Studios is located in Sikia, a small town in the southeast of Sithonia, known for its beautiful beaches. It is located in a large and very nicely decorated yard. Sikija beach is about 450m away, and the nearest supermarket is about 500m away, near the Melissa camp. A total of ten four-bed studios are available to guests, four of which are on the ground floor, and six are on the first floor. In the studios on the ground floor, there is one double bed narrower than standard and one single bed under which another single can be pulled out in the form of a drawer, which significantly reduces the space. In the upstairs studios there is one double bed narrower than standard and bunk beds. The kitchens in all studios are the same, they have a small oven with hotplates, a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment and the necessary dishes. The bathrooms have a shower cabin. Each studio has a terrace with a dining table and an awning. The studios are air-conditioned, have TV and wireless internet. The owners do not change towels and bed linen, but clean ones can be obtained on request and guests can change them themselves. The accommodation has secured parking for guests, and in the yard full of flowers and greenery there is a summer house, brick barbecue, facilities for children and a shower. As you approach Sikia on the main road from Sarti, on the left you will see a sign for Katia Studios and Nefeli Hotel (it is the same building, divided into two parts), which can be reached by an unpaved road. Katia Studios can be a good choice for families or couples who plan to spend their vacation with friends in peace, enjoying the greenery and barbecuing, while the children play carefree.

Myloi Loggou Studios accommodation is located not far from Siki beach, in a spacious courtyard with plenty of natural shade. It is ideal for families with children, as it has a fenced playground for children, but also for all those looking for modest and affordable accommodation. The accommodation is located about 150 m from the long, sandy beach of Siki, behind the famous tavern Theano. The nearest mini markets are within the Melissa and Pitsoni camps, about 700 m away, and the bakery is on the main road, a little less than 2 km away. There are a total of three buildings for rent, while the owners live in the fourth and there is only one accommodation unit. The first and second are practically connected, while the third is at the bottom of the yard, so it has its own privacy, and the fourth is next to the first two. The first is facing the sea, and the second is on the side of the sea. The first building consists of seven studios and one four-bed apartment, arranged on the high ground floor and on the first floor. Three studios have two beds (No. 1, 4 and 7) and have a double bed, while the other three studios have four beds (No. 3, 5 and 8) and have two narrower than standard double beds. The four-bed apartment (No. 6) has a double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the room with the kitchen. The kitchens are the same, they have a stove and a small fridge, except that in the four-bed studios the kitchen is separated from the bed (no door between). In the bathroom of the two-bed studios there are only tiles and a shower, while in the four-bed studios there is a shower tub. On the first floor, there is one two-bed studio (No. 17) with one double bed, two four-bed studios (No. 14 and 15) with two double beds and one five-bed studio (No. 16) with two double beds and one single bed. On the ground floor there is one two-bed studio (no. 10) with a double bed and one four-bed studio (no. 9) with two double beds. This four-bed studio has been renovated, like all two-bed studios. The two four-bed studios (no. 11 and 13) on the ground floor have two French beds narrower than the standard ones, in the price list they are marked as 4 bed studio, ground floor, non-renovated and they do not have air conditioning. The kitchens are the same as in the first building, they have a stove and a small refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub or just tiles. Terraces of study no. 9 and 10 is one large terrace, as well as studio no. 11 and 13, so not much privacy, but each studio has its own seating set. In the kitchen there is a small oven with hotplates and a large fridge, as well as a sofa for one person. The terrace overlooks the courtyard and has a table and chairs. In the fourth building, which is a one-story house, the owners live, there is also a reception, and in the back part there is a three-bed apartment that overlooks the courtyard. The apartment has a double bed in the bedroom, and a single bed in the room with the kitchen. The kitchen has a stove and a small fridge, while the bathroom has a walk-in shower (only tiles). Change of towels and bed linen, as well as cleaning of accommodation units, is done after four nights. Pets are allowed on request. The owners are very friendly and always available to guests. In the yard of the house there is a playground (in the sand) for children, a barbecue, a table and chairs under the vines and a private parking lot. The easiest way to get to the accommodation is by walking along the street next to Siki Beach and when you reach the Theano Tavern, just before it you will see an unpaved road into which you should turn. At the end of that road, you enter the courtyard of the accommodation. Myloi Loggou Studios is a good choice for families with small children because of the spacious yard and the street without traffic.

It is an ideal place for vacation, especially because of its spacious and fenced yard with a swimming pool. The nearest beach is Sikija and it is 2km away, the nearest supermarket is 500m away, and the center of the village of Sikija is 2.2km away. There are 17 accommodation units, three five-bed apartments, one four-bed apartment, 10 four-bed studios, three four-bed rooms on two levels and one four-bed room. The five-bed apartments have two couches for three children and a dining table in the room with the kitchen, or one double bed in the bedroom. There are few facilities that are so close to the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia, and Morfo Studios is definitely one of them, being newly built and with private parking. It is an excellent choice for a quiet vacation with a beautiful beach. It is separated from the beach by a small yard, a parking lot and a tavern, only about 70 meters away. The best way to get to the accommodation is from Sikija beach. From the direction of Sarti, you should turn towards Sikija beach, then continue straight until you reach the sea and the intersection where the road forks, on the left is the road along Sikija beach towards Sarti, and on the right where you should turn. After passing the tavern 5 steps in the sand, continue straight and at the first fork in the road (just before Turkolimnionas beach) turn right, uphill. This part of the road is narrow and along the cliff, so it is necessary to drive carefully. After a few minutes of driving you will see Klimataria beach. You continue to descend to the overpass and there you turn sharply left towards the beach and you will see the accommodation on the right. If you want to avoid the road along the cliff, coming from Sarti, do not turn towards Sikia, but continue a few hundred meters towards Kalamitsi and turn left from the highway, when you see the sign for Klimataria beach. Morfo Studios is an excellent choice for all those who want to escape from the crowds and chaos, spend their entire vacation on one beach, but it is also a great starting point for visiting other beautiful beaches.

It consists of two two-room apartments (35m2) completely renovated in 2014 and two four-bed apartments (28m2) renovated in 2018. Both two-room apartments are identically furnished, with one being on the ground floor and the other on the first floor, while both four-bed apartments are on the ground floor, next to each other. Two-room apartments have two completely separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The furniture is brand new, as well as the kitchen, which is very neat and clean and fully equipped with dishes and utensils for food preparation, as can be seen in the photos. In the kitchen there is also a stove with two burners, a toaster, a coffee maker, an electric kettle and a large refrigerator. In the bathroom of the apartment on the first floor there is a shower with a curtain, and on the ground floor there is a bathtub with a curtain. The terrace of the apartment on the first floor is very small, but the lower courtyard is also available to the guests. In front of the apartment on the ground floor there is an excellently decorated and covered summerhouse, as well as a grill (smaller, mobile) with comfortable seating in the shade, which is also perfect for relaxing or socializing. The four-bed apartments are identically furnished. In addition to the bathroom, they have a bedroom separated by an accordion door and a kitchen. The bedroom has a lower ceiling compared to the rest of the apartment (tall people may be bothered), it is equipped with a double bed. In the room with the kitchen, there is a single bed and an extra bed, which has the same dimensions as the single bed. The kitchen has the necessary dishes, a stove and a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom has an enclosed shower with a curtain. The front porch is unfenced and overlooks the yard, and both apartments have their own seating set. All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV, internet and mosquito nets. Bed linen and towels are changed every four days. The house has a small, beautiful and fenced yard, with a brick grill and several sets for sitting, socializing and dining. There is enough space for parking in the yard. The owner also has her own vegetable garden at the bottom of the yard, so she often delights guests with fresh vegetables. It is very easy to get to the house. Coming from the direction of Sarti towards Sikia, you will see a turn to the left marked with three beaches: Ai Ioannis, Griavas and Valti. This turn is the first turn to the left after the turn for Camp Valti. When you turn into that street, just go straight and after 800m you will see a house on the right. If you want comfortable accommodation without crowds and many tourists, in a place that is quiet and without many visitors, Ai Yannis House is an excellent choice.

It consists of four studios with an area of ​​about 17m2, all of which are located on the ground floor, a few steps above the ground. One studio has three beds. It is equipped with one French bed and a folding armchair. The other three studios have four beds. All have one double bed in combination with bunk beds, a sofa bed or a drawer bed. All studios have a kitchenette, bathroom (enclosed shower), internet, air conditioning, TV and mosquito nets. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3-4 days. In front of the accommodation is a very spacious yard with a barbecue and tables and chairs where guests can gather. Part of the yard serves as a parking lot. When you turn off the highway towards Sikija beach, immediately turn into the first street on the left. A dirt road will lead you straight to the courtyard of the accommodation. Melissa Studios is an accommodation suitable for guests who do not mind the smaller square footage of the accommodation units and for whom the first priority is a quiet and good location for visiting the surrounding beaches.

A van with fresh bakery products passes through the village every morning, and often a refrigerator with fresh fish. The accommodation was built in 2016, so all the furniture is new. It consists of only two studios (about 20m2) on the ground floor, so it is perfect if you want to spend the summer with your best friends or close relatives and be alone. The studios have one double and two bunk beds, so they can host a maximum of two adults and two children. The kitchen is equipped with a small oven with two hotplates and a large refrigerator with a freezer, while the spacious bathroom has a shower cabin. In front of the studio is a spacious, covered veranda with a set of chairs and a table. The studios have a good internet connection, TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets, and if needed, you can also get a hair dryer. Towels and bed linen are changed every 4-5 days.
