An excellent choice for all lovers of dynamic vacations who plan to visit several places and famous beaches in Sithonia. The nearest sandy beach of the same name, Sikija, is 1.5 km away. There are a total of eight modernly equipped two-bed or four-bed accommodation units on offer. Two double studios with kitchen and bathroom, have a double bed (25m2) and are located on the first or second floor (2 Bed Studio). They can host two people. Six four-bed apartments with living room and kitchen, bathroom and separate bedroom have a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room and one double bed in the bedroom (4 Bed Apartment). They can host up to 4 people. The apartments are of different square footage and floors, therefore there are three different types of apartments. One four-bed apartment (30m2) located on the ground floor (4 Bed Apartment, Ground Floor, Deluxe), three four-bed apartments (35m2) located on the first or second floor (4 Bed Apartment, Superior), two four-bed apartments (40m2) located on the first or second floor (4 Bed Apartment, Deluxe). All accommodation units have air conditioning, mosquito nets, smart TV (32"), free WiFi internet, hair dryer. They have the same equipped kitchen and bathroom, so guests have at their disposal a glass-ceramic plate with two hotplates, a small oven, a large fridge with freezer (except for one double studio, which has a standard fridge with a freezer compartment). All accommodation units have the same equipped bathroom with a shower cabin. On request and within the price, a baby cot is available. All accommodation units have a balcony, while the apartments on the first floor have two balconies. All accommodation units have a view of the courtyard. All accommodation units have private parking. The yard is beautifully landscaped with a large maintained grass area and natural shade. It has a children's playground, seating, a canvas swing for relaxation for adults, a summer house, a shared barbecue, parking. Pets are allowed with prior agreement with the owner. Excellent accommodation hygiene. Cleaning is done every day, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

The accommodation is located on a family estate with two buildings, Maria's House and Maria's House 2, in a spacious, fenced yard with lots of greenery and natural shade from vines, in Sikia at a distance of 300m from the sandy beach of the same name. This beach is famous for the turquoise color of the water and is a favorite among campers. If you go south of it, you will discover a series of smaller, beautifully decorated beaches that are definitely worth visiting. It can be an excellent choice for families with children. This independent house is actually an apartment with two bedrooms, a kitchen, a small dining area and a bathroom, intended for a maximum of six adults. The bedrooms are equipped with one double bed narrower than standard, as well as one bed for one person, which allows a practical arrangement and accommodation for several guests. This air-conditioned apartment has mosquito nets. Guests have at their disposal a TV, free Wi-Fi internet, and a hair dryer. This accommodation can be a very good choice for families for whom proximity to the beach is not crucial. It is 750m from Linaraki beach, 600m from Siki beach, 1.2 km from Pigadaki beach, while the bakery is 500m away. The accommodation has 6 maisonettes located on the ground floor. They are equipped with two double or double and two single beds, arranged on two levels. They are suitable for four people, and some maisonettes are also adapted for people with disabilities. The kitchens in all maisonettes are equipped in the same way, they have a hob with two hotplates, large refrigerators with freezers and the necessary dishes. The bathrooms have a tiled shower. Taking the highway from the direction of Sarti to Sikia, after the big intersection that leads to the village of Sikia, continue straight towards Pigadaki and Linaraki beaches, on the right you will see the Hatzis bakery, after which you will turn into the second street on the left (after about 350 m), continue straight ahead and after 180 m you will see Achilleas Apartments located on the right. Tucked away in a spacious courtyard, in an extremely quiet location, Achilleas Apartments can be an excellent choice for families with small children, as well as for all those who want a quiet vacation.

The supermarket is 300m from the accommodation, and the center of the village with taverns, fast food, post office, pharmacy is 350m away. The accommodation has one six-bed apartment located on the ground floor. It has a living room with two couches with drawers and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and chairs. There is a double bed in the bedroom. The apartment is air-conditioned (two air conditioners), has TV, internet and mosquito nets. The five-bed apartment has three single beds in the living room, one of which can be pulled out from under the other. As part of the living room, there is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and chairs. There is a double bed in the bedroom. The six-bed apartment has exactly the same equipment, only the beds in the living room differ, it has two drawers and can accommodate a maximum of six people. Both accommodation units have internet, TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets. The kitchens have a stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster and necessary dishes. The bathrooms have a bathtub and a washing machine. During the stay, the guests themselves take care of the hygiene of the accommodation, while the change of towels is provided for stays longer than seven days, and the change of bed linen is provided only for stays longer than 10 days. The accommodation does not have a yard, but each apartment has its own large terrace with seating. Directly in front of the accommodation units there is a paved common area with a barbecue. The accommodation has a large private parking lot. If you want to feel at home and feel the rural idyll, and you are mobile and proximity to the beach is not your priority, Fenia's House accommodation is the right choice for you.

All units have a fully equipped kitchen, with all electrical appliances, (large refrigerator with freezer, four-burner stove and oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, necessary dishes), table and chairs. There is a feeder for babies and the owners can provide a cot. All units are air-conditioned (air conditioner is in the kitchen), have TV and Wi-Fi internet, mosquito nets and hair dryer. There are tables and chairs on the terraces, and a beautiful summer house and barbecue are available to guests in the yard. Apartment no.1 (60 m2) has a double bed in one room and two single beds in the other bedroom. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain and a glass screen. Apartments no.2 and no.3 (45 m2) have a double bed in one room and one double and one single bed in the other bedroom. The terrace is shared and has no fence, but each unit has its own part. The bathroom in both apartments has a shower without a bathtub and a curtain (only tiles). The guests themselves are responsible for cleaning, and if you wish, the owners can also do it for a fee. Towels and bed linen are changed every five days. Anthis Garden is an ideal accommodation for families with children because it is located in a quiet location.

It is a two-room house that can accommodate up to 5 people. There is a corner sofa in the living room with the kitchen, in one bedroom there is one double bed of standard size, while in the second bedroom there is a narrower than standard double bed that can sleep one adult or two children up to 10 years old. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, it has a large fridge with freezer, stove with oven and four hotplates, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and necessary dishes. The bathroom has a shower surrounded by a glass partition. The house is air-conditioned, has internet, TV, mosquito nets, hair dryer. In front of the house there is a large veranda with a table and chairs, and it has a view of the street and the mountain.
