Our description The Toroneon Hotel is located in Kaliteri, just after the central crossroads (seen from the direction of Thessaloniki), on the main road, on the right. It is about 200m away from the beach and it leads you downhill (uphill in return :)) as well as to most of the accommodation in Kallithea. The accommodation has 23 studios, 8 of which have sea views. As soon as you step into the accommodation, you come across a very pleasant ambience in the lobby and friendly owners. The accommodation is very neat and clean. Of the studios, there are double and triple and only two quadruple, one with a double bed and a bunk bed, and the other with a double and two singles. The double beds have a double bed, and the triple bed has a double bed and a single bed. There is no possibility of inserting extra beds. Internet signal is available in the rooms, according to the owner. All studios have terraces, somewhat narrower or wider, with or without sea view, air conditioning and safe, TV, mosquito nets. The terraces are more spacious on the first floor than on the second, and the hairdryer is available for use upon arrival. The hotel has a high ground floor which the owners mark as the first floor, because it is quite high and the second floor and is located in the center. It is about a hundred meters away from the supermarket and bakery. Towels and linen are cleaned and changed every 5 days. If you want decent (not luxurious) accommodation, in a good location, close to the beautiful beach in Kallithea, Toroneon can be a great choice. The complex has one villa, four apartments and two studios. Accommodation units are air conditioned and feature a fully equipped kitchen and free Wi-Fi. All units have a beautiful view of the sea, the beach and the pine forests of northern Kassandra. Villa Oasis is surrounded by a beautiful flower garden with barbecue facilities, a children’s playground and a car park. The complex is located 100m from the sea. The long sandy beach is practically private, and the sea is crystal clear and shallow, ideal for children. They contain a double bed and one standard single bed in the bedroom, and the kitchen is in the extension in the same room. All accommodation units have fully equipped kitchens with a large fridge, stove with oven, coffee maker and crockery for 6 people. They also have a bathroom with a shower and hot water. Accommodation units also have two dining rooms with tables and chairs. The first is in the kitchen, and the second outside on the terrace or in a private part of the yard. SERVICES AND FACILITIES: Studios and apartments are traditionally equipped and fully air conditioned with one independent air conditioner in each room. Electricity is additionally charged 0.20 euros per kwh. If the air conditioner works with the door closed, the surcharge is not more than 1e per day. Air conditioning is generally not needed due to the breeze that blows during the day. Hot water is available in both the bathroom and the kitchen. It consists of two buildings - Adriana Studios and Adriana Boutique Apartments, which together have 22 accommodation units, 10 of which have sea views. Within Adriana Studios, guests have at their disposal triple and quadruple studios and junior suites, while within Adriana Apartments they have at their disposal boutique apartments. The apartments are modernly equipped, air conditioned and consist of a separate bedroom with one double and one single bed, while in the other room there are one or two single beds or a sofa bed. Triple studios are 30m2, while quadruple studios are 42m2. All are air conditioned and have a TV and hairdryer, as well as apartments. Only studios are equipped with mosquito nets. All accommodation units have a fully equipped kitchen, with a refrigerator and a stove, and several accommodation units also have a stove with an oven. Our description Dina's House is located in the center of Asprovalta, about 70 meters from the beach. The villa has a total of 11 accommodation units, was built in 1975, and last renovated in 2013. The four three-bed apartments in this villa consist of two rooms, a bedroom and a living room. In the bedroom there are one double and one single bed, and in the other room there is a large kitchen with a dining table and chairs. Both rooms open onto a large terrace. The villa also has two family four-bed apartments. They have a double bed in one room and one extra bed can be added, and in the other room there are two single beds for two children. The kitchen and dining room are in the third room. The duplex apartment has a total of 3 and all consist of three rooms. In the first room there is one single bed, and also a bar behind which is a kitchen with a refrigerator, hobs and a dining table. In the second room there is a double bed, and in the third two single beds and if necessary an extra bed can be added. Both bedrooms open onto terraces. The bathroom is outside the rooms, so the apartment is suitable for two couples or two families with small children (4 + 2). Dina's House also has 5 double rooms without kitchen. These rooms are new, spacious and nicely decorated, with new furniture and a refrigerator, and some have sea views. All accommodation units have air conditioning (duplex apartments have two), TV, terrace, wireless internet signal, hairdryer have only some rooms, and a baby cot is available on request. Cleaning, change of bed linen and towels is done every 5 days. If guests want to maintain hygiene during their stay, each accommodation unit is equipped with utensils and equipment for that purpose. A great advantage of this accommodation are the deck chairs and parasols that guests get with the ordered drink on the beach, which is a few minutes walk from the villa.
