Sarti is located in Sithonia, a cosmopolitan peninsula in the Aegean Sea, where visitors gather on beautiful beaches during the summer. The rooms are located in the northern part of Sarti, where there are still refugee houses. They are located in the center, at a distance of 60m from the square and 80m from the beach and within walking distance of any part of the place, shop or facility that the visitor needs. The result is that you can reach everywhere on foot. What characterizes the House Niki complex is the panoramic view that leaves you breathless, as well as its beautiful yard, where children can enjoy their games and adults can drink coffee. Accommodation Niki consists of six (6) rooms and 15 beds. The spacious two-bedroom studios are decorated with love, attention and a sense of elegance, the owner himself, to allow unique moments to their guests. They are ideal for families and large groups of up to 5 people. There are rooms for two, three, four and five people, according to the wishes of the guests. Each room has its own balcony, except for rooms for 5 people which have 2 balconies, one on each side. A common feature of all rooms at Niki is the breathtaking sea and mountain views. Here guests can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning breeze. It is very important to note that the basic preoccupation of Niki accommodation is cleanliness. For this reason, the owner himself, Mr. Niki, take care of everything. Bed linen and towels are changed regularly (during your stay). Our description Littore Maris is a new facility (2016) in Paralia Vrasna, only 150m from the sandy beach. It has 15 units, suitable for 3-5 people. The facilities offered by the accommodation are private parking for all guests, a beautifully landscaped yard with barbecue and summer houses, which makes it ideal for socializing and relaxing, and guests have at their disposal several bicycles. The center of Nea Vrasna is about 500m away, while the center of Paralia Vrasna is about 1km. The nearest market and restaurant are at a distance of 400m. Accommodation has 14 studios and one apartment, arranged in two buildings. The studios have a capacity for 3-4 people, while the apartment can accommodate 4-5 people. In the first building (on the right) there are four studios and one apartment. The units are arranged on the first floor and on the ground floor. Upstairs there are three studios (21m2), storage capacity for three adults and one child (3 + 1). They have a double bed and a sofa bed. On the ground floor there is one apartment (40m2, has three single beds in the room with kitchen, double bed in the bedroom; the bathroom has a bathtub with curtains, while the kitchen is equipped with a stove, small refrigerator with freezer and necessary utensils) and one studio -apartment (26m2, in the room with kitchenette there is a bunk bed, while in the other room there is a double bed; the rooms are not physically separated by a door; in the bathroom there is a shower with a curtain). In the second building (on the left) there are 10 studios, overlooking the sea and arranged on the first and second floor. Studios (20m2) can have a double bed and a bunk bed (these units are located only on the first floor) or a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed. Four studios (23m2) have slightly larger bathrooms than the others. All units are air conditioned, have internet signal, TV, terrace / veranda with tumble dryer. Mosquito nets exist only in the upstairs studios in the first building. If someone needs a hair dryer, they can contact the reception, which is on duty 24 hours a day. Each unit has one double bed. The studios have kitchenettes and a shower with a curtain in the bathroom (except for the apartment, which has a kitchen and a bathtub with a curtain in the bathroom). All units, which are upstairs, have an entrance from the back, and on their terraces from the front an umbrella. Daily cleaning is charged (3 euros per day), and guests can take care of hygiene themselves. Bed linen and towels are changed by arrangement. There is a shower and a fountain in the yard. Accommodation is open from May to the second half of October. If you are looking for newer accommodation near the beach, and in a quiet location, Littore Maris is a warm recommendation. Our description Philoxenia Spa Hotel is located in the center of Pefkohori, about 80m from the beach. The complex consists of two buildings connected by a common yard with a swimming pool. It has accommodation units for 2-4 people, and some of the amenities it offers are a restaurant, gym and children's animator. The service is based on bed and breakfast, with the possibility of half board. Pets are also welcome. The central building consists of a ground floor and two floors. On the ground floor and on the first floor there are simply decorated rooms of the Family Suite type (35m2). They consist of one bedroom and one living room. The bedroom has two connected single beds, so parents with a baby can sleep there. There are two single beds in the living room, which we think is a bit shorter than the standard, but adults can also sleep on them. A baby cot can be added to both rooms, and the owners allow a maximum of four adults and two babies. These rooms on the ground floor have comfortable balconies and verandas on the ground floor. For some, the bedroom is separated by a sliding door from the living room. On the second (last) floor of the central building there are double and triple rooms (18m2) which are somewhat older. Double and triple rooms (23m2) with simple furniture, are located on the ground floor and first floor of another building. They have two single beds that can be joined and another single bed or sofa. In the same complex there are luxury suites, very comfortable and very nice and modern. They do not have a terrace, but along almost the entire walls they have windows overlooking the sea. These rooms can accommodate 4-6 people, in a separate bedroom and living room with sofas. All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a minibar, safe, mosquito nets and hair dryer, most have sea views, and in addition to their terraces or verandas, they also have large shared verandas. A baby cot is available on request when booking. Internet is only available in the common area (hotel lobby, courtyard and pool area). Towels and linen are changed every three days, and cleaning is done every day except Sunday. The hotel is adapted for disabled guests and the rooms can be reached without using the stairs, and there is an elevator. There is a medium-sized swimming pool with comfortable loungers with mattresses, a gym and a nice restaurant (renovated in 2015), and an animator is provided for children during the day. The hotel does not have private parking, but if they wish, guests can get a discount card for private parking nearby (4e per day instead of 7e). Otherwise, they can look for a free parking space around the hotel, along the street. It is a new facility built in 2022. It is located along the Adriatic highway on the south side, about 150m from the sea. It contains 3 studio apartments and 1 one-room apartment. Around the building there is a spacious garden/lawn with olive trees, vines, flowers and other Mediterranean plants. Parking spaces are secured by a sliding gate with remote control. The building also has a basement where there are washing and drying machines, ironing board + iron. Their use, including detergents, is free. Next to the building there is a mini market "Idea", as well as a bus station. The station in the direction of Herceg Novi is across the road from the building, while the station for Kotor is located about 300m to the west, i.e. near the Voli market. For online reservations, studios are available on the first and second floor, with a more beautiful sea view. The studies are double, triple and quadruple. They are air conditioned and have TV, WiFi, kitchen, mosquito nets, large terrace with awning and grilles on the door which are great if you want the studio to ventilate while you are on the beach or at night, and things are safe, which is really rare in the facilities . On the top floor is a large veranda with seating, deck chairs and a barbecue. It is lit in the evening, so you can hang out, grill and dine or enjoy the sea view. For five days, guests receive new towels and bed linen. Hotel Olga can be a great choice if you want to be in the old part of Sarti, close to all amenities, but away from the noise. Our description Alegria studios are located in Skala Panagia, better known as Golden Beach, right next to the Korifi Tavern, and close to the beach. This accommodation offers four studios that can accommodate up to four people. Each of them has an equipped kitchen, air conditioning and a safe. The area of most studios is 30m2 and one accommodation unit is slightly smaller and its area is 27m2. All studios are almost identical, with a king-size double bed and a sofa bed and all have a private balcony and sea views. The yard is very nicely decorated, so children can play freely because there is also a playground with seesaws, swings and a slide. Also, in the yard there is a barbecue which is available to guests. In addition to accommodation, there are many places where you can freely park your car. The first supermarket, where you can buy some of the bakery products, is a ten minute walk away.
