NIRIIDES, is a charming complex of 11 individual bungalows for 2 to 5 persons, in a garden of 5.600 sq. m. situated on a practically isolated sandy beach, with a marvelous view to the picturesque town and the sea of the Laconia gulf, 3 klm from the town. All apartments in Dionisos 4 are with air-condition, satellite TV, direct-dial phone and fully equipped kitchen, w.c-shower and balcony. Entertainment TV room, ping-pong, billiards, fuss ball and wi-fi on the ground floor are available for free. There is a barbecue for communal use on the ground floor. For the convinience of our guests there is a washing machine and iron free of charge in a storage room on the ground floor.

It is located in the mountain region of Arcadia Prefecture in the Peloponnese, in the old quarter of Dimitsana village, Platsa, directly under the “Kastro” (Castle) and next to the remains of the walls of ancient Tefthis. Proselinos Guesthouse” is comprised of two storeys and is built with marblestone, with carved cornerstones and arched lintels. The wall’s stones were cleaned one by one, reassembled and covered with protective varnish to better display their beauty, and better facilitate the maintenance of a clean environment.
