Villa Dimitris is located just 150m from the sea, in Paralia Panteleimonas, at the southernmost tip of Pieria. Nestled below the Castle of Platamonas and in the shadow of Mount Olympus — the mountain of the gods.
Villa Dimitris is a complex of apartments and studios consisting of two buildings, offering a total of 20 apartments and studios that can accommodate from 2 to 4 people.
Each apartment and studio includes a double and a single bed, and in some units, there is also a sofa bed or an extra bed. All rooms feature a flat-screen TV (32" in the apartments or 24" in the studios), air conditioning, hairdryer, kitchen with a double electric hotplate, refrigerator, kitchenware, electric kettle, bathroom with bathtub or shower, and a balcony.
The apartments are located on the ground and first floors of both buildings, while the studios are on the second floor of the main building.
Villa Dimitris has a fenced garden of 3,000 m² where you will find barbecue facilities, tables and chairs, as well as sunbeds for relaxation and sunbathing. There is also free on-site parking available in the garden area.
Our main priority is the cleanliness of both the rooms and the common areas of the complex so that our guests feel safe, comfortable, and carefree during their holidays.

Prices depend on the type of apartment, the season, the number of people in the apartment. From 12 euros per person at the beginning of the season (until 12.06) and at the end of the season (from 20.09) to 26 euros per person in the peak season (July and August).

Villa Desa is located in Bečići, just 300 meters from the sandy beach. We offer air-conditioned two-bed and three-bed studio apartments with free wireless internet and a terrace.
It is the second house from the main road and there is no noise from the road.
The rooms have a TV with cable television, a refrigerator and an electric kettle. They include a private bathroom with a shower or bathtub, hairdryer, towels and bed linen. Some rooms have a view of the sea. Most apartments have their own mini kitchen.
Within Villa Desa there is a well-kept garden. Lots of greenery and shade. The nearest store is 50 meters away, and various restaurants and bars are 100 meters from Villa Des, as well as a mega market with a grill.
Important: in peak season, parking by agreement, depends on availability. We have parking in June and September. There is also a parking lot in the neighborhood at a price of 8-10 euros/day.
