Our description Iliadis House is located in the center of Sarti, about 80m from the beach. The building was built in 1974, and in 2007 it was completely renovated. There are two five-bed apartments with two bedrooms each. In one bedroom they have a double bed, in the other two single beds connected and another single bed. Double studios have either two single beds or one double bed, triple studios have one double bed and one single bed. All accommodation units have cable TV, air conditioning, internet, kitchen and bathroom. If you need it, the owners can give you a hair dryer to use. Accommodation units located on the ground floor have shared terraces. Next to the building there is a private parking lot with ten parking spaces. Bed linen and towels are changed every four days. Our description Rudi Studios is located in the center of Sarti, only 10m from the beach. The nearest shop is at a distance of about 20m. The studios were completely renovated in 2012. The building consists of three four-bed studios and three four-bed apartments. Two apartments and two studios are located on the low ground floor. One apartment is on the first floor, and one studio is on the second floor. Apartments and studios are between 35m2 and 40m2. The apartments have a double bed in the bedroom, in the room where the kitchen is there are two sofa beds. The studios have a double bed and two sofa beds in the same room. All accommodation units have air conditioning, internet, TV, bathroom and kitchen with stove and large refrigerator. Some accommodation units have mosquito nets, some do not. Studios and apartments located on the first floor have a terrace, while those located on the ground floor have their own table and chairs in front of the room, but the space is not fenced. There are tables and chairs on the terraces, but also inside the rooms. All accommodation units are very nicely equipped, with a lot of decorations where blue and white dominate. As part of the accommodation there is a beach bar whose umbrellas and sunbeds you can use with the ordered drink. Pets are welcome in this accommodation. Our description Alexis Villas are located in Skala Panagia, better known as Golden Beach, on a hill to the left of the driveway. In the very center of the town, on the left, you will see the Makedonia supermarket along the incoming road, and then a few tens of meters after it you will turn left into the street and after some fifty meters you will see the Alexis villas. You will easily recognize them, because they are authentic, built of brown stone with wooden terraces, doors, windows and blinds, tucked away in greenery. They are about 150 meters away from the sandy beach. The street leading from the incoming road to them is wide enough and has a slight slope, so it can be said that they are easily accessible by car and on foot, which can be seen in the attached photos. It is a complex of 3 one-storey villas, with a yard with a barbecue and parking on a dirt extension in front. In the first villa there are 3 apartments, in the second also 3, and in the third one apartment. The apartments are identical, with a separate entrance from the yard, on two levels. Each can accommodate up to 5 people. They consist of a kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom on the gallery and terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped (mini stove with oven, medium fridge, dishes and cutlery). It is separated by a wall with arches from the living room. The bathroom is newer, spacious, with a large bathtub, extremely clean, with a separate window. In the living room there is a sofa with a drawer where when the drawer is taken out, two people can sleep, a fireplace, TV, mini line with speakers, exit to the terrace and wooden, wide enough stairs leading to the bedroom on the gallery. The gallery has a rather spacious bedroom with two connected single beds, a wardrobe and full-size windows. You will reach it by turning off the highway to Posidi, driving towards the place, passing by the pharmacy, and then you will come across the Arista supermarket and immediately after the supermarket, turn right onto the first street. Drive on the asphalt road, and then when you come to a crossroads, continue on the dirt road that leads you directly to this beautiful complex. Driving on a dirt road is definitely worth it, because at the end of the road you will find great accommodation in a fantastic place. It has studios and rooms, with the possibility of connecting one studio and a room into an apartment. The study area is 20-22m2. They can have one French or one French and a single bed.
