Toula's Apartment is located in the village of Sikija, in a quiet location, ideal for a family vacation, and for visiting the beautiful beaches in the south of Sithonia. There are numerous shops, taverns and cafes in the vicinity of the accommodation, and the nearest beach, Sikija beach, is 4 km away. We offer two four-bed apartments located on the upper ground floor. In apartment no. 1 in the living room with the kitchen there is a single bed with an additional drawer bed, while in the separate bedroom there is a double bed. In apartment no. 2, there is one single bed in the living room with kitchen, and one double and one single bed in the bedroom. The apartments have a TV, air conditioning, the kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a small oven with hotplates and the necessary dishes. The bathroom has a shower cabin. The apartments have a shared terrace with seating in front of the entrance. When you enter the village of Sikija, continue straight to the center, turn left and then into the second street on the left and after 200m you will see this accommodation on your right. Toula's Apartment can be an excellent choice for families or friends who want to spend their vacation away from the noise in a quiet location.

The newly built villas Valti, within the camp of the same name, are located in the first row to the sea and the beautiful beach of golden sand, after which they got their name. They are surrounded by a spacious yard with natural shade, so they can be an ideal accommodation choice for families with children. They are separated from Valti beach only by a street that is not busy. The tavern is right next to it, and the nearest market is within the Melissa camp (2km). Every day a grocer passes through the street, so it is possible to buy fresh fruits and vegetables. We offer 20 single-story houses located next to each other. In the apartments, there is a double bed in the bedroom, and a sofa in the room with the kitchen. The studios have the same beds, only the French bed is slightly separated by a wall. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom has a shower cabin. There is access to the terrace from both rooms, and the terrace has a side view of the sea, as well as a table and chairs. The price difference between the accommodation units is justified by their position, i.e. the closer they are to the sea, the higher the price. All cottages have air conditioning, TV, internet and mosquito nets. Guests clean the accommodation themselves during their stay, and receive a clean set of bed linen and towels after six days. The yard is spacious, with plenty of natural shade. Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach can be used with a purchased drink. Private parking is also available. Valti Houses can be reached in two ways. Driving from the direction of Sarti, turn left from the highway at the Valti Camp sign, and at the next turn, continue right on the road that will lead you to the accommodation located on the beach. This road is unpaved, so we would recommend another way. Turn off the highway towards Sikija beach and continue straight to the beach. Follow the road along the beach, pass one cove, and the next is Valti beach. This accommodation is located next to Mesogeios restaurant. If you want newly built accommodation on the beach, with a view of the sea and in a quiet environment, then Valti Villas is the right choice for you!

Maria House is an accommodation close to the center of the village of Siki, in a small yard with natural shade. It is ideal for all those who want peace and privacy, and the proximity to the beach is not crucial for them. In the center of the village, about 100m from the house, you will find taverns, shops, a pharmacy and cafes. On Saturdays there is a market where you can buy local products, fresh fish and seafood, fruits and vegetables. The nearest beach is Sikija beach, less than 5 km away, or less than 10 minutes' drive. It is an apartment on the first floor consisting of a bedroom, a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. There is a double bed in the bedroom, and a pull-out sofa and an armchair in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary dishes, a stove, a coffee machine, a dishwasher and a large refrigerator with a freezer. The bathroom has a shower cabin. The apartment is air-conditioned, has a TV, internet and mosquito nets on the windows. Clean towels and bed linen are in the apartment, so guests are responsible for changing and maintaining hygiene. In the yard there are trees that create natural shade, a table with chairs, a barbecue and one parking space. When you enter the village of Sikia, continue straight until you see the fast food restaurant Nassos on the corner. Right next to it, turn right into the street, then into the next right and again into the next right, where you will see this house on the corner. If privacy is important to you, but not close to the beach, because you plan to visit them, Maria House is ideal for you.

If you are looking for a quiet location close to the beautiful Kriarici beach, then Haratsi House is the right choice for you. Surrounded by a spacious yard, with plenty of greenery and trees, this house is ideal for families with children. The beach is 450m away, and there is a bar on the beach that offers sunbeds and umbrellas. There is a mini-market within the camp on the beach, while for larger purchases and a bakery you need to go to the village of Sikija, which is about 15 minutes' drive away. It is a one-story house renovated in 2019. We offer two studios at the back and two apartments. Both studios are identically equipped and can host a maximum of four people. They each have a double bed and a pull-out sofa, while one apartment has a double bed in the bedroom and two more sofas, one of which is a pull-out sofa. The second apartment has two bedrooms with one double bed and two couches each, one of which can sleep two children, and the other one one person. All accommodation units have a fully equipped kitchen with a flat cooking plate, a small oven, an electric kettle, a toaster and a large fridge, as well as a bathroom with an open shower without a curtain (tiles only). Each has its own seating set, is air-conditioned and has a TV. The studios from the back face the courtyard, while the apartment and studio from the front face the street. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days. Pets are not allowed. The house is surrounded by a spacious yard, full of greenery and trees, and there are also toys for children. Private parking is available within the courtyard. In order not to get lost, it is best to follow the navigation that will lead you to the house through a small maze of roads. Part of the road is unpaved. If you like non-commercial beaches, peace and quiet, then Haratsi House is the ideal place for you.

Haris Papa Apartments is an accommodation not far from Siki beach, tucked away in a courtyard full of greenery. It is ideal for a larger group or two families looking for privacy, i.e. the whole house and yard to themselves. The beach is about 300m away, and the nearest mini-market is within the campsites, about 650m away. There is a grocer, a bakery and a fish market on the main road, all within a five-minute drive. Harris Papa Apartments offers two accommodation units. The apartment located on the ground floor can accommodate a maximum of six adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bathrooms and two bedrooms with one double bed each. In the living room there is a sofa for two people. The apartment, located in the attic, consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms. In one bedroom there is a double bed and a sofa for one person, and in the other bedroom there are two joined beds for one person. On request, within the price, a baby cot is available. The air-conditioned units are equipped with Wi-Fi internet, hair dryer, large fridge and kettle. The apartment on the ground floor is equipped with a dishwasher. Meal preparation is not allowed in any of the apartments, but guests have access to a common summer kitchen equipped with a stove with two hotplates and a small oven. Pets are allowed on request. Children's toys, a barbecue, a table with chairs and a parking space are available in the yard. Guests are responsible for the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay, and they have a set for changing bed linen and towels at their disposal. Guests have a free laundry service at their disposal. Coming to Siki from the direction of Sarti, you will see a left turn marked for three beaches, Ai Ioanis, Griavas and Valti. This is the first turn to the left after the turn for Camp Valti. Turn and drive straight for about 700m until you see Harris House on the right. If you want to be secluded with your friends or family, and the beach is close to you, then this house is the right place for you.

The luxury villa Irina Boutique is located in the first row to the beach of Siki. It is surrounded by a spacious yard with a swimming pool, and all accommodation units are very modernly equipped, ready for a comfortable stay for guests. A long and wide sandy beach is right in front of the villa. Within the villa there is a bar where breakfast is served, next to it is a tavern, and about 300m away is a shop within the camp. There are seven rooms on offer, two one-bedroom apartments and three two-bedroom apartments, located on the ground floor (No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 10) and on the first floor (No. 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16). All double rooms have a double bed, and the triple room has a double bed and a single bed. Quadruple rooms no. 3, 12 and apartments no. 11 and 14 have a double bed and a sofa bed for two people, and apartments no. 10 and 15 have one double and two single beds. Five-bed apartment no. 1 has one double bed, one single bed and a sofa. All accommodation units have air conditioning (apartments with two bedrooms have two), internet, TV, safe, mosquito nets, kitchen and bathroom. There is no stove in the kitchen because cooking is not allowed, but there is a cooker and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom has a shower cabin and a hair dryer. All accommodation units have balconies, except no. 15 and 16 and everyone looks at the yard. Cleaning is done every day, and bed linen and towels are changed at the guests' request. Within the spacious and fenced yard there are seating, a fountain, a swimming pool, covered deckchairs and a private parking lot. The easiest way to get to the accommodation is by driving along the street next to Sikija beach. After about 700m you will see the villa on the left. If you are looking for modern and luxurious accommodation, close to the beach, with a swimming pool, then this villa is the right choice for you.

Souzana's Apartments is a high-quality and well-maintained accommodation complex surrounded by greenery, built on a particularly spacious estate in a quiet location in Sikia. It has apartments that are extremely neat and comfortable, fully equipped with functional furniture and everything you need for a very pleasant stay. The long and wide sandy beach of Sikija is about 1 km from the accommodation. The nearest bakery and supermarket are located on the highway (about 400m away). We offer six equally equipped duplex apartments, located in the basement, on the first and second floors. All apartments consist of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, two separate bedrooms, and a bathroom. The kitchens have a large fridge with freezer and a mini stove with an oven, each bedroom has a double bed and the living room has two sofa beds or a sofa bed and a single bed, while the bathrooms have a bathtub and a hair dryer. The apartments on the first floor have a balcony with a view of the greenery and Mount Athos, and the apartments located in the basement have their own verandas equipped with seating. All apartments have hot water 24⁄7, mosquito nets, WiFi internet, TV and air conditioning. A baby cot is available on request, and pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are changed after three nights, and guests are responsible for the hygiene of the accommodation unit during their stay. In the beautifully landscaped, large, fenced yard, guests have at their disposal a well-maintained lawn, a summerhouse with a table and chairs, equipment for preparing a barbecue, toys for the youngest, as well as a covered, secure private parking lot with enough space for everyone. If you are coming from the direction of Sarti, the easiest way to get to the accommodation is if you turn left from the main road at the Zapros vulcanizer shop onto the dirt road that leads to the facility. We recommend Souzana's Apartments to guests who need perfectly clean, comfortable and spacious, complete and excellently equipped accommodation in nature away from the crowds, and proximity to the beach is not their priority.

This accommodation is a small paradise for all those who are looking for a little luxury and peace. Sikija beach is 120m away, and the nearest mini markets are about 300m away (within the Melissa and Pitsoni camps). We offer two apartments on two levels (60 m2). On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed (for two people), a kitchen and a bathroom, and on the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed (for one person). The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with one hot plate, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine and necessary dishes. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. There are tables and chairs on the terraces. The yard is nicely decorated, has seating and a barbecue that is available to guests. Both accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV and Wi-Fi internet. After three nights, upon agreement with the owners, towels and bed linen can be changed, if you wish. The guests themselves are responsible for cleaning the accommodation units during their stay. The accommodation does not have private parking, but guests can park on the street in front of the property. This could be an excellent choice for families who value proximity to the beach and who want to spend their vacation in well-equipped accommodation, and the location of the house itself is a very good base for visiting other beautiful beaches in the area.

We offer two separately built four-bed apartments (42m2) with one French bed in the bedroom, or two single beds in the living room with kitchen. After turning off the main road towards Sikija beach, continue straight until you reach a fork in the road. The road to the left leads to Sikia beach, and to the right, uphill to Turkolimnionas beach. Pass two coves, and the third cove is Turkolimnionas beach. On the beach you will see Korali Tavern, which is part of Asma Apartments. This accommodation can be a very good choice for guests who prioritize proximity to the beach and quality interior design when choosing a vacation spot.
