Christina III is a 3 bedroom villa of approx. 150 sq. Meters in two levels with 3 bathrooms and the most spacious of the Christina Villas, accommodating 6 people with comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, oven, cooking utensils, toaster, dish washer, hob, 4 ring stove and a dining table: if wished, a high chair for babies can be provided. Opposite from the kitchen is the living room featuring a/c and fireplace for the colder days or as decoration for a chill out night at the bamboo couches. There is also the door to the small veranda and the garden. The Hall next to the living room features satellite television, DVD player, CD player and radio and finally books in English as also a Playstation 2 if requested. The downstairs bathroom is also connected to the living room and it features a shower and a toilet as also the washing machine. Next to the bathroom is the utility room. The stairs lead to the first floor, where the three bedrooms are, all air conditioned, the main bathroom and the W.C. The double bedroom has big mirror with the appropiate furnishing and faces the mountains with the balcony's door - from the window one can see the pool as one can from the veranda of the twin bedroom, the one in common with the double bedroom. The third bedroom, has a window facing the garden and the Christina Villas private road and is the most spacious. All bedrooms are having plenty of light, lamps for a night reading or atmosphere and are having big wardrobes. A plus is the small safe for personal belongings. The upstairs main bathroom has the Bath and the toilet, while a the third toilet is right next to it. Outside there is the veranda facing the garden and the pool with bamboo couch and table, as also the bbq. The swimming pool (35 sq.m approx.) is surrounded by loan and trees as also from sunbeds and enjoys some privacy. Towels, linen and maid service twice a week are provided and are included in the price and if required, there can be private chef cooking greek and cretan cuisine and showing also how to cook. Villa Aloni is situated in Maza, a small village in the Kruoneridas municipality, in the region of Apokoronas in the county of Chania, in Western Crete. Maza is a small village in the foothills of the mountains, with about 100 permanent inhabitants. Maza is situated in an area of great natural beauty, where you can enjoy walks along country lanes among the greenery. There are also several old churches, like St. Nicolas in the village square. There is also a traditional café end two taverna. The village is about 37 km from the town of Chania, 35km from Rethymno and about 40 km from Chania airport Daskalogiannis. Souda, the nearest port is 30 km away. The nearest health centre is in the village Vamos 10 km away and the Lake Kournas is 9 km away. Maza is only a five-minute drive from the traditional village Vrisses 3 km. away, famous from the fresh yogurt. It takes about 10 minute to drive to the nearest beach at Georgioupoli, about 6km away. As regards the county of Chania, it is worth visiting the Samaria Gorge, the White Mountains and numerous traditional villages. In Chania town itself, a visit to the old Venetian harbor with the beautiful Egyptian lighthouse and the nearby Turkish quarters should not be missed. CASTELLO apartments are built on the coastal road and in just 80 m far from the sandy beach which is right in front of us in the PARADISE settlement, well known as FRANGOCASTELLO. The name was established by the existence of the impressive Venetian Fortress which dominates the whole region not only for its history but also for the legends that follow it (for heroes, fatal battles, Drossoulites e.t.c.). Therefore, the apartments' name CASTELLO was given to celebrate the existence of the fortress which indeed is not more than 450 meters far from us. As far as architecture is concerned, we have made in our building a small and characteristic copy of the fortress' turrets. Our unit started with the construction of three apartments as a holiday home for the owner and his two children.. Over a few years, the love and the interest that our visitors expressed for our region imposed the addition of more apartments and therefore their tourist exploitation. Thus, today we have a total of 8 apartments of various types for our guests. Although the apartments are relatively new in their construction, with our participation in two European programs, we renovated, modernized and customized them to fit the demands of a small but completely hospitable unit for foreigners and local guests. The apartments are build in a fenced area of 5000 m2 – especially made for total protection of little children – full of big decorative trees and a stunning variety of flowers.
