House Vigla is one of the few accommodations in Sikia that has a swimming pool. It is surrounded by a very spacious, fenced yard, with toys for children and private parking. It is located in a quiet place and is one of the more modest accommodations that we recommend to less demanding tourists. It is about 700m from Sikija beach, and about 900m from the market. At approximately the same distance, there are also a couple of taverns, and to the left and right of Sikija beach there are several more beautiful beaches with taverns. It consists of two apartments on the ground floor and eight studios for two, three or four people on the first floor. There are a total of three two-bed studios (No. 1, 6 and 7), four three-bed studios (No. 4, 5 and 8) and one four-bed studio (No. 2, 3). The two-bed studios have one double bed each, the three-bed studios have a double bed and a single bed, while the four-bed studio has a double bed, a single bed and a drawer bed. The kitchens in the two-bed and three-bed studios are modestly equipped, they have a stove with two hotplates and a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, while the kitchen in the four-bed studio is equipped with a stove with two hotplates and a large refrigerator with a freezer. In studies no. 1, 2, 3 and 4 in the bathrooms are only tiles and a shower, while in the studios no. 5, 6, 7 and 8 shower cabins. Each studio has its own terrace with a view of the courtyard. The apartments can host a maximum of six adults. They consist of a living room, a kitchen with a dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the second bedroom there is a single bed with a drawer bed, while in the living room there are two sofas for one person. Equipped kitchens include two hotplates and a small oven as well as a large fridge with freezer. Within the large, fenced yard, there is a swimming pool with deckchairs and umbrellas. A barbecue is also available to guests. One part of the yard is used as a parking lot. A dirt road from the main road next to Siki beach leads to Vigla's house. After turning towards Sikija beach, continue straight until you reach the beach. Then you continue straight (or left) until you see the tavern Theano on the left. Continue straight and turn into the second street to the left of the tavern. When you come across a fork in the road, turn right and you will see a house. If you are not demanding about the quality of accommodation, and a large yard, toys for children and a swimming pool are important to you, then this is the right place for you.

Tucked away among stone houses, in a quiet part of the village of Siki, is the Fisherman's house. The simple and sweetly furnished house is a real piece of paradise for those who love privacy and silence. Nearby is the center of the village with all facilities, so everything, except the beach, is within reach. It is less than 200m from the center of the village, and in the center there are several taverns, bakeries, pharmacies, post offices, shops, butchers, etc. On Saturdays, part of the main street is closed for the market, where you can buy fresh fruit, vegetables, fish and seafood. The beach is a little further, about 4.7 km from the accommodation, so it is better to come with your own vehicle. The house is small and essentially consists of one four-bed apartment, on the ground floor. It consists of one bedroom and one living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. There is a double bed in the bedroom, and a pull-out sofa in the living room, which is the size of a French bed when extended. The living room is transient. The kitchen is small, and in addition to basic dishes, it has an induction hob and a small refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. In front of the house is a terrace with a seating set and a barbecue. The apartment is air-conditioned, has two TVs and internet. The house does not have a yard, only a terrace in front. Also, there is no private parking, but a public one is located a few steps from the house. You will get to the house by going straight after entering the village of Sikija, passing the square and then straight until you see the Mimosa Tavern on the right. You should turn into the street that is right before the restaurant, on the same side of the street. You continue straight until the bend, and as soon as you pass the bend, you turn into the first street on the right and you can park on the right. A few meters above the parking lot, on the right, there is a house. If you want to experience Greece in a different way, to really rest, far from the noise, then this house is the right place for you!

Villa Angela, just before the entrance to the village of Sikija, is a real oasis for families with small children. Surrounded by natural shade, a large lawn, toys for children and a summerhouse with a barbecue, it represents the ideal image of a vacation for every family. The villa is located on the road that leads to the village of Sikija, so it is in an excellent location for visiting the beautiful beaches of this region. The nearest beach is Sikija beach, which is less than 3 km from the villa. The first supermarket is about 300m from the accommodation, and the bakery is less than 2km away. The center of the village of Sikija is less than 2 km away. It was built in 2014. The owners live in the basement of the house during the summer, while the first and second floors are two identical duplex apartments (59m2). The maximum number of people who can stay in the apartment is five. Duplex apartment has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and two terraces. There is a double bed in one bedroom, and two single beds in the other. The living room has a sofa bed and a dining table. There are air conditioners in the room with a double bed and in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a stove, a kettle, a coffee machine, a large refrigerator, a small freezer and a dishwasher. The bathroom has a bathtub with a curtain and a washing machine. There is a table and chairs for sitting on each of the terraces. Each terrace has a view of the courtyard and the street. Both apartments are equipped in the same way. Villa Angela is very easy to get to. Coming from the highway from the direction of Sarti, on the right side, or on the left if you are coming from the opposite direction, you will see a sign for the village of Sikija where you should turn. Continuing on that road, after about 500m, you will see a villa on the left. If you want a peaceful vacation, surrounded by greenery, this villa is the right place for you.

Galini House is tucked away under the main road, not far from Siki beach. It is the right choice for those looking for modest accommodation, with a landscaped yard for children and private parking, and the friendly owners will do their best to make you feel at home. Galini House is located not far from the beach, more precisely about 1 km from it. The bakery is 400m away, and the nearest supermarket is just over 1km away. The house is an excellent starting point for visiting the beaches in the area. Although the house is located under the highway, the two accommodation units face the opposite side, towards the yard. We offer three four-bed studios for two adults and two children, as well as one six-bed duplex apartment for a maximum of four adults and two children. Four-bed studios consist of a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. They are located on the high ground floor, several steps above ground level. In the bedroom there are two French beds, TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with basic appliances and a small table with two chairs. The bathroom is separated from the rest of the room by an accordion door and there is an enclosed shower tub with a curtain, i.e. only tiles and a curtain (yellow). The terrace has a table and chairs and overlooks the courtyard. One studio is from the front (yellow), and the other from the back of the house. The six-bed duplex apartment is located on the second floor. It consists of two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and terrace. In the first bedroom there are one double bed and one single bed, and in the second one a narrower than standard double bed and one single bed, so this apartment is suitable for two families with one child each. The kitchen is standard equipped and has a large refrigerator. The dining room, i.e. the living room, is spacious and has a dining table and chairs, TV, air conditioner and a sofa. There is no enclosed shower in the bathroom, just a shower and tiles. The terrace is large, has a table and chairs and a view of the yard. Towels and bed linen are changed every three days, and guests are responsible for cleaning. Pets are not allowed. The yard is spacious, fenced and landscaped, so it is ideal for children. There are also two summer houses with brick barbecues. There is also plenty of space for parking within the yard. Galini House is located just below the highway, about 300m after the turn for Sikija beach, from the direction of Sarti. It is an ideal place for families who are not looking for luxury, and what is important to them are sandy and clean beaches, without much crowding.

Since the coastal part of Sikia does not have many facilities, accommodation in the village itself is an excellent choice for those who come by car and want all facilities to be within reach. It is a two-story house, on the first floor of which the owners live, and the lower floor is rented out to guests. The house is 600m from the center of the village, where there are numerous shops, taverns, pharmacies, butchers, bakers, while the nearest beach, Sikija beach, is about 4km away. Every Saturday there is a market in the village, where you can buy fresh fruit, vegetables and fish. The house is located in a small concrete yard. The ground floor for rent consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa and a dining table, and in two bedrooms there is a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee machine and the necessary dishes. The bathroom has a bathtub with a curtain, as well as a washing machine. In the apartment, guests have access to a TV and air conditioning, and the owners thought of younger guests as well, so they provided a Sony PlayStation console. In the courtyard facing the street, a table with chairs, an umbrella and a clothes dryer are at guests' disposal. The apartment has mosquito nets. Cleaning of the apartment is done exclusively at the request of the guests. Guests change their own bed linen and towels during their stay. A clean set of bed linen and towels is available. Guests can park their vehicle in the fenced yard. After turning off the main road Sarti - Sikija to the right towards the village, drive straight for about 1.8 km and enter the one-way street. Continue straight on that street for another 350m, turn right, then into another street on the right, then turn left, then right and finally left again where you will see this house at the corner of the road that forks. Anna Apartments is an excellent choice for families who primarily need peace and proximity to the beach is not a priority. The friendly owner is here to make your vacation even more pleasant.

Klimataria Studios is a brand new and modern accommodation, located on Klimataria beach, one of the most beautiful in Sithonia. In addition to the fantastic location, some other advantages are: a large balcony with a direct view of the sea, a large private parking lot, a yard with summer houses in the shade and a barbecue, additional toilets and a shower in the yard. Klimataria beach is fine-sand, landscaped, with a long shallow and ideal for families with small children. There are several cafes and a restaurant on the beach. Every morning, a vehicle with fresh pastries and bread passes in front of this accommodation and along the beach, and the nearest supermarket is located about 3 km from the property. It is a one-story house with modernly equipped accommodation units, two apartments and two studios, as well as another studio in a separate house. The apartments and two larger studios look directly towards the sea, while the two-bed studio is on the side facing the sea. All units are located on the ground floor. Studio no. 1 (35m2) consists of one room with a French and single bed and a small two-seater on which a child can sleep, as well as an equipped kitchen. The bedroom has one double bed on the gallery, and you can go through it to the bathroom and it is not separated by a door. Studio no. 2 (35m2) has a French and a single bed and two folding sofas in a room with a kitchen, as well as a bathroom. As a studio, it can host a maximum of six people. As an apartment (10 Bed Apartment, No. 2), the area is 50m2, it has one bedroom with bunk beds, which is accessible to another bedroom also with bunk beds and a bathroom. Apartment no. 3 (30m2) has a double bed and a single bed in the living room, a folding sofa in the kitchen and bedroom, and another double bed in the gallery. The living room and the kitchen are connected, they are not separated by a door, and you have to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. It can accommodate a maximum of six people. Studio no. 4 (15m2) is located on the side of the house and has one double bed and a single bed above the double, in the style of a bunk bed, bathroom and kitchen. The baby can sleep free of charge with the parents in the French bed, because there is no space for a cot. A four-bed studio in a separate house (30m2) is a bit closer to the sea and has a double bed and a sofa bed for two children. The kitchen in this accommodation unit is better equipped, so it contains an induction plate with four hotplates, a standard oven, a toaster, as well as a large fridge with a freezer. This studio also has its own washing machine. All accommodation units have air conditioning, mosquito nets, two-burner stove, fridge, electric kettle, internet (limited flow), 32-inch LCD TV, as well as a modern bathroom with a shower separated by glass from the rest of the bathroom. Each apartment has a separate, covered terrace in front, with seating. The studio only has seating in the front. Keep in mind that this beach and accommodation are isolated, the internet is weak and you can only use it for basic needs. Change of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning, is done every five days. In the courtyard there are summer houses with a barbecue, a shared kitchen, a washing machine, and behind the accommodation there is a large private parking lot in the shade where it is possible to charge electric cars. In the accommodation itself, it is possible to rent bicycles and scooters for an additional fee. An expert physiotherapist is also available on call if someone wants to schedule a massage (with extra charge). The best way to get to the accommodation is from Sikija beach. From the direction of Sarti, you should turn towards Sikija beach, then continue straight until you reach the sea and the intersection where the road forks, on the left is the road along Sikija beach towards Sarti, and on the right where you should turn. After passing the tavern 5 steps in the sand, continue straight and at the first fork in the road (just before Turkolimnionas beach) turn right, uphill. This part of the road is narrow and along the cliff, so it is necessary to drive carefully. After a few minutes of driving you will see Klimataria beach. You continue to descend to the overpass and there you turn sharply left towards the beach and you will see the accommodation on the right. If you want to avoid the road along the cliff, coming from Sarti, do not turn towards Sikia, but continue a few hundred meters towards Kalamitsi and turn left from the highway, when you see the sign for Klimataria beach. If you would like to be located right next to a beautiful sandy beach and be isolated from the crowds, Klimataria Studios is the right choice. There are countless beautiful beaches nearby: Tigania, Kriaritsi, Tourkolimnionas, Pigadaki, Valti...

Two studios have a double bed narrower than standard and bunk beds, and one has two double beds narrower than standard (side studio). The kitchen is fully equipped, has a stove, an oven and a small refrigerator. The bathroom has an unenclosed shower, only tiles. Two studios have direct and one side view of the sea. The terraces of the studios that have a direct view of the sea form one large terrace, so there is not much privacy, but each studio has its own seating area. All studios are air-conditioned, have TV and internet. Bed linen and towels are changed after three days, and cleaning is done only when the guest requests it. Pets are welcome. There is no yard and no private parking, but there is enough parking space in front of the accommodation. You will reach the accommodation by following the road next to Siki beach and after passing the Toula pizzeria, you will see a blue and white house on the left and you have reached your destination. If proximity to the beach is an important factor for you when choosing accommodation, then this accommodation is the right choice for you.
