Our accomodation complex, consists of 3 villas, all made by stone with private swimming pool in each one, looking at Dexa beach and the Skaltsouponisi island. The villas are ideal for groups of friends, or big families, 100 meters away from the public road, 800 meters from main town Vathy, and 400 meters from Dexa beach.

Very close to the walking path entrance, we have recently built a very beautiful stone barbecue, which is at the disposal of our guests. For our guests’ convenience we provide a spacious parking lot, and there are rooms which can be easily accessed by people with physical impairments. Builted near the traditional village of Exampela. Its location allows a unique view to the Aegean Sea. The main house is 150 m2 and the auxiliary house is 20 m2. It is consisted of a big living room traditional kitchen, fully equipped, three (3) bedrooms, one large bedroom with double bed, two children’s room up to two or three children. Two beautiful bathrooms, spacious surrounding area. It is a extremely large yard and very sunny, builded on a plot of 2.5 acres!! In the surroundings, there is a small traditional auxiliary Villa, independent, ideal for a family with children, very comfortable (50m2) near the main Villa that can be used as hostel. There is a large bedroom and living room, a small kitchenette and a big bathroom. In the surroundings there is a lovely yard with living room, separate from the main Villa. A very picturesque continuation of the main house.
