Blue View Studios is located in the center of Skala Potamia, to the right of the main road from Golden Beach. Given that it is located on a hill, the view from the terraces of this villa is truly fantastic. The villa is about 300m away from the beach. It is a decent accommodation, not luxurious. There are a total of 10 studios, which are distributed in two buildings. The central building has one double studio that can accommodate an extra bed, two triple studios with a fourth extra bed, one quadruple studio with four standard beds, and three triple studios with three standard beds. The size of the studio varies, on average from 15m2 to 25m2. A separate building is a house with two double studios, which can also accommodate one extra bed if needed. All studios have a sea view, including the studios in the house (the sea view is not direct, but from the side) and the sea is less visible. All studios have air conditioning, TV, terrace, kitchen with hob, refrigerator and electric kettle for heating water, safe and wireless internet signal. The terraces are a decent size and perfect for a morning coffee with a view of the blue sea. A baby cot can be booked when booking accommodation. Cleaning, linen and towels are changed once a week. If you need a hair dryer, the owner can borrow it. The villa has a large private parking and a beautiful yard with a barbecue and outdoor furniture. The beach in front of the building is rocky, but about 100m is a sandy part. There are two houses and both are about 40 square meters. They have a bedroom and a living room with a kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed, and a sofa bed and an extra bed can be added if needed. The kitchen is nicely equipped. Both houses have a veranda and a parking space. Private parking is located 50m from the house. They have air conditioning in the living room, wireless internet signal and TV. Bed linen and towels are changed regularly. The first market is about 50m where you can buy bread, and the bakery is about 300m. If you want nice accommodation on the beach, close to all amenities in the place (shops, promenades, taverns), Spitakia Bungalows can be a great choice.
