The forerunner of the hotel is a restaurant, founded in 1979. The hotel offers its guests accommodation in rooms, studios and apartments, and is separated from the beach by a promenade that stretches along the entire Budva Riviera.
On the coast, on both sides of the promenade, there is a terrace of the hotel restaurant with excellent cuisine and various specialties.
